This is not a hotel. This is basically someone’s house and they converted the bedrooms into hotel room rooms. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything and the staff is not helpful with anything and they act like they don’t speak English even though they say, they catered to tourist. There is nothing within walking distance of this hotel and taxis are hard to find Don’t get hungry or thirsty between 7 PM and 7 AM because there is no snacks and no food service available during those hours. God forbid you get the room next to the kitchen like we did and you will be woken up from scattered silverware and cups and bowls and plates at 5:30 AM and the same thing will happen again if you’re trying to nap in the afternoon when they start dinner service at 5:30 PM and then clean up until 10 PM

Perfect stay location excellent for a night before our cruise ideally located with a great transfer to the port terminal from the hotel our holiday started a day early we stayed the next day unti 2:30pm and were able to use the hotel facilities sunbathing & swimming along with a shower block we could just relax and enjoy the tranquil atmosphere. So peaceful and a delightful place to stay such friendly staff right on the waters edge looking over both the marina & cruise port. We also used the hotels shuttle service from FCO Airport which was €180

Very nice hotel but as a gentleman who’s 5 foot 11 the shower on 2nd floor was extremely narrow and I wound up twisting my back. Also the air conditioner was very hard to use and there was no noise coming from it so I’m not sure if it was working. Rooms are very clean and the location is great. Ask for shuttle driver Patrizio he’s excellent. A perfect place to stay for a night or two if you’re catching a cruise.
