Foi ótima . Check in e check out com bastante atenção e informações importantes sobre o estacionamento público e a facilidade de ser pago o ticket na pp recepção do hotel. Mas , para conseguir um late check out de apenas uma hora além do normal , teria que pagar 20 francos suíços . Sendo que o Hotel é bem concorrido e o check in só disponível às 15 horas .

Loved the location. We were there for National Swiss Day and ate at the restaurant where we had great food and a front row seat for the fireworks. The staff could not have been more pleasant. They shifted our dinner reservation at the hotel restaurant and provided recommendations for other places. They provided coffee service on each floor. The Hotel is older and could stand newer furnishings, but has character and the beds were comfortable. There is no air conditioning, but we were comfortable even in early August.

We had the premium room on the roof with a huge bathroom and bathtub. Room was always the right temperature with a big covered balcony. No minibar/fridge but had a coffee machine and hot water maker in the room Parking was a bit difficult but the staff went above and beyond to figure it out for us. Very close to all of downtown Basel. Small, very basic breakfast for 20cfh per person is not worth it but all in all very nice quiet hotel on the water. Once again, amazing staff.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was welcome and comfortable. There were so many thoughtful inclusions, like a water jug in the room and filtered water tap on every floor. The room was comfortable and had great views of the river.

I stayed in a single room, and I didn't expect it to be so tiny. It doesn't have a closet. If you are a light sleeper you have to know it is noisy. You can hear people from the street, and upstairs neighbours walking. It is very well located, everything important is walking distance. A bus station that takes you to the train station just 1 min away. The staff is very nice. They have tasty snacks and coffee in every floor.

Check in by an unfriendly, subtly condescending staff member. Room was on the city side on the first floor above the street. Smokers below on the street caused room to smell like cigarette smoke all night. Noisy room with construction sight directly across a narrow street. Small bathroom. Best part of our two night stay was the beverage center on each floor. Would not recommend this hotel.

Jeg havde en utroligt god oplevelse i Basel takket være den sødeste receptionist. Hun gav mig tips til både ting at lave og spisesteder - turen havde ganske enkelt ikke været det samme uden hende! Derudover ligger hotellet virkelig smukt med udsigt ud over Rhinen fra restauranten og gåafstand til alt. Jeg kom i bil, og det var MEGET omkostningstungt at parkere og have den med i det hele taget. Det eneste, jeg kunne have ønsket mig i forhold til værelset, var aircondition og bedre mørklægning - det var virkelig varmt, og ikke helt mørkt, når solen var stået op. Jeg vil virkelig anbefale hotellet til alle, der har lyst til at opleve “downtown Basel” 😍

The Krafft Hotel is a supreme example of preserving something with older charater but at the same time making it fresh, clean and up to date. It has great character. The staff were very helpful and as good as any hotel I have stayed at. The cutomer service was exemplary. Overall, our stay could not have been better.

Great smaller hotel right on the Rhine River in Basel with perfectly located within a short walk to the old town and many attractions. During our stay the annual Christmas market was just outside which was quite fun but did make accessing the hotel require a block or two walk with our luggage. We enjoyed a penthouse suite which didn't have much of a view but was spacious, clean and very quiet for a restful night's sleep. We'd certainly consider a return visit.

Wonderful location, beautiful views, friendly staff, room was nice. My only negative comment would be the rooms were rather dark, need more lamps or overhead. We went during a hot spell but we were not expecting to no have air conditioning (we had a fan that helped some)

Super location, friendly staff, great restaurant and service. Unfortunately, the rooms have no air conditioning, which is very uncomfortable during summer temperatures. We were offered 2 fans, which helped, but not really a solution. The room with the city view faced towards the construction site across a small street, which meant very loud noise starting at 7 AM every morning. The pictures on the web did not accurately show the room setup; the double bed room was super small and had only a very small closet. Overall, great location, service and food, but poor accommodations.

It would have been fair if the hotel shared that there is ongoing construction all around the property from 6 am-6 pm. Rooms facing the city is extremely noisy. After hours until 3 am we heard excessive noise from the bar patrons next door. I requested the river side before we arrived but they were not very helpful after the reservation was made.

Loved the Basel Krafft Hotel!! Lovely accommodations- both room and common areas, great breakfast and super- friendly staff. Perfect location for sightseeing or just relaxing!! Will definitely stay again if ever fortunate enough to be back in Basel!!!

Love the hospitality of the staff- friendly, helpful and professional. I just wish they had the door sign requesting privacy- the cleaning staff opened my door twice while I was in my room.

Amazing hotel in a great location. The river is on one side with nice views of the city, then you have the Christmas market on the other side during December. Super convenient location and you can get to anywhere in Basel taking the tram.

Great smaller hotel right on the Rhine River in Basel with perfectly located within a short walk to the old town and many attractions. During our stay the annual Christmas market was just outside which was quite fun but did make accessing the hotel require a block or two walk with our luggage. We enjoyed a penthouse suite which didn't have much of a view but was spacious, clean and very quiet for a restful night's sleep. We'd certainly consider a return visit.

Great location! Basel is a wonderful town! We were disappointed to find our room at the back of the property was a laneway, with a number of bistros that were open late, even on week nights!

This was a really great hotel, artistic, roomy, great location but beware construction on the city side was noisy. We had to keep the windows closed.

We had the premium room on the roof with a huge bathroom and bathtub. Room was always the right temperature with a big covered balcony. No minibar/fridge but had a coffee machine and hot water maker in the room Parking was a bit difficult but the staff went above and beyond to figure it out for us. Very close to all of downtown Basel. Small, very basic breakfast for 20cfh per person is not worth it but all in all very nice quiet hotel on the water. Once again, amazing staff.

The staff was so helpful and friendly. We had an amazing view of the river! There were a couple of things that were an issue: the bathroom was so tiny- you couldn’t do anything at the sink without getting water all over the floor. The toilet was so close to the shower that I kept hitting my leg and knee on it while trying to clean off. I finally learned my lesson and stood sideways and cleaned off. The pillows were so flat that I found folding it up helped the first night. Then, I requested a second pillow which helped a bit. The bed was comfortable, though. The room was a bit too sparse. Overall, a pleasant staff, a decent breakfast (great cup of coffee), and great view of the river but next time in Basel I will probably opt for a different hotel.

Historisches Gebäude in gutem Erhaltungszustand mit wundervollem Ambiente. Hervorragende Lage direkt am Rhein und damit an der Grenze zwischen Kleinbasel und der Altstadt. Ein Wermutstropfen: in lauer Sommernacht ist die Aussengastronomie gut besucht und verursacht bis zum späten Abend einen gehörigen Lärmpegel. Dass es in einem solch alten Gebäude keine Klimaaanlage gibt ist verständlich, macht es aber leider unmöglich sich durch schliessen des Fensters vor dem Aussenlärm zu schützen. Sehr schön: tolles Frühstück in stilvollem Ambiente mit sehr aufmerksamem Personal, wie überhaupt das Personal die „Perlen“ des Unternehmens sind. Komme sicher wieder und setz mich beim nächsten Mal einfach zu den Feiernden dazu.

The location is great. Breakfast is good. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Victoria, she is wonderful. However, the property is very dated, no air conditioning, my room was very small and very basic. The bathroom, which seems it has ben recently renovated, is too small even with the sliding door solution. I don't really know how this hotel was classified as a 4-star hotel.

Loved the Basel Krafft Hotel!! Lovely accommodations- both room and common areas, great breakfast and super- friendly staff. Perfect location for sightseeing or just relaxing!! Will definitely stay again if ever fortunate enough to be back in Basel!!!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The Krafft was conveniently located near Old Town, shops and restaurants. It’s was right on the beautiful Rhine River. We loved getting easy dinners or lunches at the Coop close by. We also loved the charcuterie at the sister wine bar across the street. The hotel restaurant was superb.

I'm not one to leave reviews, but our stay at the Krafft Basel was so exceptional, I needed to give them some kudos! The location us perfect, right on the Rhine and easy to reach from the train station via Basel's tram system. The hotel is right next to the Mittlere Brücke bridge, so it was an easy walk to the old town and to museums or Basel Catherdral. If you can, book a balcony room with a river view. One of our favorite activites was sitting and watching people float the Rhine (and we had our chance to float a few times as well. They even supply a float bag in each room). We were with a group of our family and the balcony was large enough to fit 5 or six or us at a time. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We had booked a suite figuring our adult son could stay with us on a cot or sofa bed. But we found out upon check-in that the room we had booked could not accommodate a cot (it was up a winding set of stairs). The receptionist quickly switched our room with another room booked by our group and all was well. This was my fault for not contacting the hotel before booking a room to confirm accomodation for the extra person. If we hadn't had a group of rooms, this could have been a disaster! The 3 days we were there were so hot I also can't express how wonderful it was to have easy and free access to water, cold drinks, cold towels in each floor. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent. We had a wonderful time and I would not hesitate to book Krafft Basel again.

Excelente ubicación, habitación extremadamente amplia y personal muy atento. El hotel no tiene aire acondicionado pero Basilea es muy fresca y se duerme perfecto.
