Bel hôtel très bien situé. Les infrastructures et équipements sont ceux attendus pour le prix, c'est très bien. Cependant le receptioniste en charge le 26 août a été exécrable, pas uniquement avec nous. Il refusait de donner les informations concernant les tours organisés par l'hôtel, se comportait avec dédain et s'est permis différents exercices de zèle comme inspecter pendant 9 minutes des billets de 1 et 10 dollars américains pour finalement les décréter faux (ils provenaient d'une banque et étaient en bon état). Le restaurant est indépendant mais c'est le seul de l'hôtel. Attitude très désagréable des serveuses là aussi. La nourriture du bar est par ailleurs bien meilleure. Nous n'avons rencontré que des gens merveilleux lors de nos autres escales au Guatemala. Quel dommage.

The place was good and comfortable. The only thing we didn't appreciate it was the staff from the restaurant. We had an incidents where we went to eat to the restaurant inside the lodge. We paid in cash and they "forgot" to give us our change. When we asked, they were sarcastic about the amount of change. Even if it's 2 Quetazales, they have to be respectful and honest. After that incident, it seems that they were not happy to see us again the restaurant. But second time, we just gave them the exact amount. That really was the downside of the place.

Chambre spacieuse dans un bungalow situé en pleine jungle au cœur du parc Tikal. Attention toutefois, confort sommaire (pas de climatisation ni isolation, pas de fenêtre mais moustiquaire). Niveau activité : Piscine pas très bien entretenue mais diffusion d’un documentaire sur l’histoire de Tikal très instructif. Personnels très peu attentionnés.

Great bungalows , felt clean . The bungalows had a great fielding fan to keep the flow going for the hot summer nights . The pool was great after long days of hiking and the location you can’t beat to enter the park
