We arrived at the hotel around 7pm to check in for a two-night stay I'd booked weeks earlier. When we walked in, the person at the desk was sitting behind it and just stared at us. I said, "Hi, we need to check into our room" and she said "When did you book it?" I said a few weeks ago. She got up and went to the computer and asked my name. I gave it to her, and she said "Yeah we don't have any rooms for you." I questioned further, and she said they'd ran out the day before. I said, "But I've had the reservation for weeks?" and she said "Well there's no rooms." That was it - no apology, nothing. I went out and called hotels.com and they called the hotel and said someone there confirmed my room is ready and to go back. I did, and the same person was in the parking lot, not in the hotel. I walked into the hotel and she stood outside, staring again, and finally sauntered back into the lobby. I told her hotels.com said we did have a room, and she shouted that we didn't and that there were no rooms. I'd love to tell you the state of the hotel/room but from what I could tell from the lobby, it was disgusting and matched the level of customer service we got. Probably a blessing that I had to spend the next 3 hours trying to get a room somewhere else. Don't book here.

Upon arrival when I pulled up my confirmation the attendant at the lobby said “ all rooms have been cancelled” when I tried to get a further explanation or assistance I was given none only told that rooms were cancelled and there was nothing they could do and no rooms available. I understand that the late arrival may have effected the interaction but the abruptness, lack of communication, or willingness to help accommodate in a hospitality environment was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had in my entire life.

Arrived to check in amd was told by the staff they had canceled all reservations and rebooked the rooms leaving me without a place to stay for the weekend. No help and no answers as to why. No heads up. Terrible experience and don't recommend anyone trust this property to honor their reservation.
