帶上房的很友善是個導遊有詳細講解 (逃生路線,房間設備,房間之外也有大垃圾埇可掉東西,附近夜市及可去的大型商場) 第一次去的話可能有點難找先到12樓致電聯絡便會帶你去房間沒台灣號碼的可以用賴打若用台灣號碼打的要先加0 不然會是個空號嚇自己~ 房間很大我是女生獨住也很安全住宿可揀搭紅線捷運及綠線輕軌樓下轉角就有全聯很方便

此住宿為（由辦公大樓改建），坐落高雄85大樓，住宿沒有招牌，根本找不到，要打電話給主理人來接。且大樓因大業主早年經營不善導致主樓及商場基本空置。人流寥寥可數，令大樓境況十分凋零，晚間更甚，環境有點恐怖… 更甚的是此住宿為無牌旅館，發生事情沒有保障的；為自身安全起見，自己考慮清楚。
