They overcharged me for some stains in a towel that I had nothing to do with. They said there was a stain and charged my card for 50$!!! The most expensive towel in the world. And I barely went to sleep ther, I just used them to dry my face. They told me that they were going to send pics and never did.

Room smells bad , nearly fall in the bathroom. Was slippy meanwhile I payed for Deluxe king room. This isn’t cool. I was there before & wasn’t like that with the room I was given . Smells smoke

The hotel is in a great location of LIC just a couple of blocks from the N & W line. The hotel rooms are very nice and very quiet. The beds are comfy and I slept very well. The views of LIC are amazing as well. The staff were very nice and professional. I will be back!
