the hotel itself was great and reasonably priced, but parking is not good. The $10 a day for parking is fine, but if we are paying that, actually having available parking would be nice. we had to park far away from entrance towards the end of the denny’s parking lot.

Nice hotel. Kept up nicely. Courteous staff. Only complaint is the hot tub is permanently broken and will be removed. Saw it in pictures and thought they had one. We enjoy relaxing so we always pick a hotel with a hot tub and have come here a few times but will have to find a new one next time we visit. Everything else was great if you don’t need this amenity.

Everything was great but 2× had to walk to lobby and have keys reset. Leaving them in sleeve prevents this so ask for 2 sleeves, 1 for each key. Breakfast was great, fresh waffles, some style eggs, sausage or some days had hash browns. Makes up fot $10 parking

I've stayed here with my family a few times due to its close proximity to Six Flags. Each time, the hotel is busy, yet quiet. The breakfast is outstanding. Parking is very convenient. The staff is prompt, professional and friendly. The best part is the cleanliness. I am a huge fan of this location.

Everything was good except the cleanliness of the room. Certain spots of the carpet looks like they hadn’t been vacuumed in years . I moved the tv just a little and under the stand looked liked years of disgusting grime. The shower drain was backed up and would not drain. We called the front desk and they sent someone to fix it

The air conditioning unit in the ceiling when you walk in above the door was leaking, carpet was soaked and smelled terrible and the room was damp and moist from that. The unit made a dripping sound the whole first night we were there, maintenance wasn’t available until 9am the next morning.

Room was clean. Water pressure wasn’t good. No extra toilet paper. It’s fine for a place to sleep after a long day at magic mountain but no frills. Coffee was good but didn’t have the time to try the breakfast. The price was cheaper than most hotels around the area so you get what you pay for. Lots of options for food close by.

Our stay at the Inn was awesome. The staff was nice and friendly right from check-in. The hotel and our room both had that new fresh scent that was pleasing. The room was very clean and comfortable, bed a little firm. We were there for MM which was only a 20-30 minute walk. The continental breakfast was amazing, lots of good fun options. The jacuzzi was very relaxing.

Standard best western hotel. The room felt new and the bathroom worked well. There was a lot of sand and leaves in the pool. It and the hot tub were fairly cold. Breakfast was just ok with no fresh food or bacon.

We stayed here for six nights and, although our first night got off to a rocky start, the staff quickly turned things around and made the rest of our stay exceptional. We had requested a second-floor room in advance but were initially placed on the first floor. Unfortunately, we experienced noise from the room above until 3AM. I brought this to the attention of the front desk, and they responded promptly and professionally by moving us to the second floor the very next morning. I truly appreciated their swift and courteous response. From that point on, everything was fantastic. The front desk team was consistently friendly and helpful, whether it was providing extra towels or restocking toilet paper, they were always happy to assist. The manager was also a welcoming presence, greeting us with a smile whenever we passed by. The onsite guest laundry was a huge plus, very convenient and easy to use with an app instead of coins. The small shop near the front desk offered a nice selection of snacks and drinks, and the breakfast for guests. Our room was clean, spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. There is a $10/day parking fee. The hotel’s location is also ideal, close to the freeway, shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Room was clean and staff was friendly. But When we checked in for 3 nights the staff member didn’t mention that they will only clean room upon request. Apparently they put a tiny piece of paper in you room key insert but along with the $10 nt vehicle fee but they also have a big sign about the $10 vehicle fee at the front desk , why not about cleaning request ?? Breakfast didn’t have any bread product although mini bagel were listed on the menu.. a first time for me.

I like the quietness and close proximity to the freeway. Only thing I didn’t like was their key cards kept failing even after programming them on numerous occasions. Hopefully they will have that issue resolved.

The no cleaning or towel replacement (you must go to the front desk to get towels or soap or pillows or blankets) is RIDICULOUS when you are paying over $200 per night. Hallways are filled with nasty stinky garbage bags and wet towels because of this.

The staff were great, the hotel was clean and the pool was nice. But there are two significant areas of concern. One is there needs to be a thorough key card audit. We got locked out several times because we continued to get given cards that didn’t work. Over two days we had at least six cards that didn’t work. And one time I had to wait 10 minutes while the person was on break until I could get into my room. In addition, the food is a Very poor quality. The first day the bagel was obviously stale. The second day the bagel I picked had a huge blue area of mold. They are clearly using food past its expiration date. And the food is low quality. So I think a manager needs to step in and perform some quality control on the key cards and the food.

Staff stood out the most, they were great at check in, after a long and crowded road trip, wonderful at check out. Assistanced by Naomi after leaving personal items in the room, and noticed after returned home. She assisted with item pick up after prepaid label was sent and all items returned. Thank you, Thank you! Can't get any better then that!!

Front desk staff very friendly, the maid walked in 45 mins early before check out without knocking (in the middle of changing)... called the front desk once we got home (10/13 )the told me they left my contact # for the manager to call me in the morning (10/14) its now 10/15 and havent heard anything was hopeing to give them the benefit of doubt wasnt expecting anything other then a call to let me know they where sorry but i didnt receive, but i would rate this 2/5 (nice staff / clean room) the room had some damage but its not somthing that bothers me only chose the hotel for the location.

Front desk staff very friendly, the maid walked in 45 mins early before check out without knocking (in the middle of changing)... called the front desk once we got home (10/13 )the told me they left my contact # for the manager to call me in the morning (10/14) its now 10/15 and havent heard anything was hopeing to give them the benefit of doubt wasnt expecting anything other then a call to let me know they where sorry but i didnt receive, but i would rate this 2/5 (nice staff / clean room) the room had some damage but its not somthing that bothers me only chose the hotel for the location.

Traveling on a business trip and would definitely stay here again for both business and getaway. It's just across the freeway from Magic Mountain and easy to get to. Our room was clean and every staff person we encountered was friendly.

I love that its walking distance from magic mountain. Its a safe and nice walk! The breakfast was very good ans the rooms were very clean.

Room was great. Clean well maintained. Property was well taken care of. Breakfast had eggs sausage and plenty of waffle irons so not waiting too long. They have sugar free syrup if needed. They even had whipped cream for the waffles too!

Standard best western hotel. The room felt new and the bathroom worked well. There was a lot of sand and leaves in the pool. It and the hot tub were fairly cold. Breakfast was just ok with no fresh food or bacon.

This hotel was in close proximity to Six Flags. It was very clean and the staff was friendly (especially Mackenzie who helped us check in!). Our rooms were comfortable and since we needed 2 rooms to fit our family, they provided adjoining rooms which was great. I really appreciated the black out curtains! The kids enjoyed the pool in the evenings. The only downside is the breakfast has very little that I could eat (I’m a vegan). Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel seemed to be clean and well kept. The room was clean and comfortable. The only issue was breakfast… They were out of a lot of things, which didn’t leave much variety. They were out of yogurt, only plain bagels, one type of mini muffin, the fruit that was left looked awful, out of milk for cereal, etc. The line for the waffles literally took 30 minutes, out of blueberry batter.

The room was ok. Key cards keep failing. We had to go and have the card reprogramed or get new keys multiple times over a two day stay. Breakfast is included, but they had a hard time keeping up with the crowd. The main items kept running out as soon as there were refilled. This was the case from the eggs to pastries to coffee ...

Everything was great but 2× had to walk to lobby and have keys reset. Leaving them in sleeve prevents this so ask for 2 sleeves, 1 for each key. Breakfast was great, fresh waffles, some style eggs, sausage or some days had hash browns. Makes up fot $10 parking

We stayed is room 120 and it was clean and large and comfortable. There was plenty of room for the fold out couch to open up and walk by so it felt like we could’ve had three queen beds in there. The curtains didn’t roll up and down for some reason but it was 100 degrees outside so we didn’t care. The breakfast had waffles that you can make and eggs and sausage that were already hot. They. also had fruit, yogurt, coffee, tea and cereal. I would rate the breakfast a 3 out of 5 because I’ve had more selection of warm food at other hotels. There is a Denny’s right next door too if you need more food. The pool was clean and the kids used it before we checked out for the day. Overall it was a nice and quick one day stay for our Six Flags Magic Mountain trip. The hotel is only five minutes from the park and it’s on the other side of the freeway from the park.
