Just be aware its not a hotel. Its like people personal property that they rent out. You have resort fees and mandatory valet parking. So that an additional $28 a night in resort fees and $28 a night in valet fees. You have to walk around with a wristband on the whole time you stay there. "Can i come in do you have a wristband lol" Elevators brake often so try walking up and down 11 flights of stairs. Valet parking but you basically parking your car yourself then waiting forever to get it back even when you sent the text in advance. Overall the room was really nice the view was nice. Just know you wont receive hotel or actual resort services. No room cleaning no towel changes and you have to make sure all your trash is taken out or you will be fined.

The room looked clean, however 4 cockroaches came out during our 3 nights stay. We had stained on our bedcover and on the sofa. We were only given two toilet paper roll. We had to take our own trash out, If not, we would get a $60 fine. Also, we were surprise that if we wanted to use the garage to park our car, we had to pay $25 per day. This was not informed at purchase. Our host took three hours to reply to a text or email regards our reservation. Would we stay again? No. The only good thing about the hotel was to view and the shuttle service to the beach.

Our bathroom was infested with Drain Flies and Larvae. They were coming out of the sink in volume and the flies were in several places in the room. The owner appeared to have no interest in responding to our concerns and the hotel is helpless if the unit is private party owned Room 2207B. The hotel sent someone we were told but other than all of the black stuff left in the sink that we had to clean there was no proof of a visit. Expedia offered a $100 credit but that has not appeared on my account.

Room was in poor overall condition. Smelled badly towards end of stay. We luckily were on the 4th floor so could take stairs otherwise long wait for elevator. The vacation rental team was very responsive

The unit was nice and clean, ONLY MAJOR issue, no hot water to shower with. When i told front desk, they said for me to let expedia know, so i used 2 giant bowls filled with hot sink water to bathe with......There is no free parking, you have to pay vallet $30 a day. The vending machines on the 10th floor were empty...that sucked at 3AM when I needed water. Could have been better but for a quick getaway, it was okay.

You have to pay for parking $30 a day, and wi-fi didnt work. Also walls were thin. I could hear the people in the unit next door, all night and their TV at 6am in the morning. The space needs some serious sound proofing.

I can't give a good review because of two reasons: noise and valet parking. I don't have any complaints about the property owners or staff working at the resort including the parking staff. The rooms at this resort are advertised as soundproof. Well, the noise from the outside was pretty well suppressed. I was in a room that had a connection to the neighboring room through a door. That door didn't have sound insulation whatsoever. It's like I was living with my neighbors. I'm someone who likes peace and quiet, so this was a big problem. Valet parking seems to be a scam although the staff are nice people. You have to drive your car through the most difficult segment of the garage by yourself before you get to the valet station. If they resort wants to extort extra cash out of the guests, they can just charge for parking. The best option, of course, is to make it free. Valet makes getting your car a hassle. Plus, if you forget something in the car, you need to ask for your keys and promise you won't drive away.

Location is beautiful! Price not bad for hotel. Convenient to restaurants around and Walmart almost across the street. Price for valet parking was ridiculous, the fact you had to pay $30 a day for being allowed to park in the area and an additional $30 a day for the valet on top of that! No maids to give you fresh towels. Only 2 towels given even though you had 4ppl staying in a room and was registered for all 4ppl. They ran out of the bracelets for you to get access to the pool and other amenities, so wasn’t able to use them when we checked in that day. Beds are too small if adults are staying there.

The AC was not working for the first 2 days I was there and they never gave me a refund for that time and I saw a roach in the bathroom that I had to kill. My family was extremely hot for those first days this stay was unacceptable.

Wi-Fi doesn't work in the rooms, just in the lobby. There are 2 small elevators to service the entire hotel which is an absurd miscalculation. The floors in our room were sticky when we checked in. There is a washer and dryer, but no laundry detergent. It's a nice spacious apartment in a nice location but the maintenance is laughable and overall experience was not at all as expected.

I had went there for my birthday, and I was very excited cause I had been there before and had such a good time. The place is nice don’t get me wrong but the staff in the front at the reception were so rude. When we had checked in and finally got in our room, it smelled like food they said they would send maintenance and no one ever showed up. Not only that they told us that when we were going to the beach there would be chairs and towels on the beach for the people who stay at the resort. When we got to the beach there were no towels and the chairs had all been stacked on each other. I called the front to ask where the towels were and if they could bring it they hung up on me. I was highly disappointed because I was looking forward to this trip so much and so many little things happened that made the experience not worth it. Plus after all the money we spent it was just not what we thought we were going to get.

Very nice location with so many options around. Friendly staff to answer and support customers as needed . Having chairs umbrellas available at the beach is a plust. Missing facilities for laundry within the hotel. ( available about 0.6 miles)

First time ever staying in a beach resort, but the front desk receptionist Cartalina made it an AMAZING experience! Very friendly, welcoming, all around enjoys her job. DEF will be staying again in the future!

The check-in area is extremely small. Vallet was a nightmare , did not communicate information very well and I couldnt get my answers for my questions properly answered.Also the 3rd floor vallet pick up spot is a mess SUPER TIGHT and just screaming accident waiting to happen. Some of the front desk clerks needs some work on customer service.I simply came down to check out and ask for one of those luggage carrier carts and she just rudely said "it's not me you ask for, its that guy over there" ...how am i supposed to know that. The elevators take an eternity since they're always packed with people. The room smelled like Marijuana from the day we came and until we left. Its quite sad that this hotel didnt work out since i like the location. Its a solid 3/10 👌

This was my second stay at this resort. The first experience was good enough for me to return. This trip, however, was lacking greatly. So much so, I won’t return. The floor of the room was gritty, the sink faucet broken. The WiFi didn’t work until I called the desk and they gave me a different connection and password than what I was told. Felt sketchy. The TV didn’t work either until they got a company to come out (the day before I left) and fix it. But it still didn’t work until I did my own trouble shooting and rebooted the box myself. I’m not picky but if I’m going to pay high resort fees, these are small things that make you question what you’re paying for.

This was really an airbnb type situation and would not have booked this through hotels.com had I known. Employees were nice enough and restaurant on site was nice. Room was dirty and even though owner said they would send someone to clean, they never did. They asked me to complain to the front desk the next day and the front desk agents said that was really up to the private owners. Overall I would not recommend.

IT was not only dirty it was false advertising. It couldn't accommodate the amount of people we reserved the room for. Nor was there extra bedding. THe dishwasher leaked dirty water and food into the sink. We heard people screaming in the hallway. we had to check out early and host said they would return our money and they still havent

As soon as you get there the staff is unpleasant. They immediately charge you an obscene amount for “resort Fees” then tell you there is no maid service for 5 days of my stay. One roll of toilet paper and take your own garbage out or you will be charged. The pool is extremely small for 2 large buildings to share, so it was always packed full of kids. The elevators were somewhat working only 2 but extremely slow- so we had to use the stairs to 8th floor daily. The beds were concave in the middle obviously needed to be replaced! Way too expensive for what you got. To top it all off our plastic key card fell behind fridge so they charged us for it because we only returned on. No parking you have to valet $$$ xtra. I would Never recommend this place to an enemy!!! Terrible 👎👎

Location is beautiful! Price not bad for hotel. Convenient to restaurants around and Walmart almost across the street. Price for valet parking was ridiculous, the fact you had to pay $30 a day for being allowed to park in the area and an additional $30 a day for the valet on top of that! No maids to give you fresh towels. Only 2 towels given even though you had 4ppl staying in a room and was registered for all 4ppl. They ran out of the bracelets for you to get access to the pool and other amenities, so wasn’t able to use them when we checked in that day. Beds are too small if adults are staying there.

Very nice location with so many options around. Friendly staff to answer and support customers as needed . Having chairs umbrellas available at the beach is a plust. Missing facilities for laundry within the hotel. ( available about 0.6 miles)

They refuse to change my room, gave me a room facing the highway with a lot of traffic. Noise cannot sleep. They overcharged me for a resort fee that was not on your website and you charge me the wrong amount for the room all terrible.

Arrived 15 minutes early and was told the room "wasn't ready" but would be ready at check-in time. 15 minutes later it was miraculously ready. Even the desk clerk seemed to know this was just some kind of game. Signs in the room said there was a possible $150 fine for flushing toilet paper down the toilet and instruct you to put your used TP in the trash. Gross, and if the plumbing is that fragile, it's time for an upgrade. Arrival just didn't feel very welcoming in general although the staff was excellent.There's not a lot of nightlife within walking distance but there are many nice restaurants. It's only a short walk to the beach and they have shuttles running as well. Overall, it was a pleasant stay but I probably wouldn't stay here again.

The area was great, parking was good if you get the vip, kinda expensive but worth it for not waiting. Elevator was the worst part, but wouldn’t say it hindered our stay that much. Staying for 9 days and not having anyone clean the room unless you want to pay extra was hard, but overall a good place to sleep.

This was really an airbnb type situation and would not have booked this through hotels.com had I known. Employees were nice enough and restaurant on site was nice. Room was dirty and even though owner said they would send someone to clean, they never did. They asked me to complain to the front desk the next day and the front desk agents said that was really up to the private owners. Overall I would not recommend.

I checked in to a dirty room. The sheets had someone else’s hair all over them. There was no flat sheet at all. There were blood stains from bed bugs and a bug on top of the bed upon arrival. The carpet was dirty with hair balls all over. There were also food crumbs. The bed frame was broken and there was left over pony tails from someone else. The toilet had a wad of something in it. The owner or the rental as well as the management did nothing to help: I was told I could get fresh bedding and change it myself as there were no housekeeping staff available. I asked for a refund and was told I needed to wait for management the next day. I refused to stay and next day I was told they are following their cancellation policy and refused to refund my 3 night/ 4day stay.

The bedroom had stains of red food sauce or some type of liquid... & random cockroach found near the toilet, while having no food in the room. The room looked nice and staff were friendly, for the price i believe the room should be cleaner.

The front desk staff seemed stand off-ish and it always felt like they were being bothered. The vallet guys were awesome. They were very easy going and always helpful. The girls at the pool bar were also great. The property was very clean and well maintained.
