Clean and good parking.

Dog friendly with well-lit walking area. Property is in the middle of renovations but my room was very comfortable and to my surprise had a microwave and apartment size refrigerator which was not listed in the description.

My stay was literally for a few hours, but everything was easy and enjoyable. Check in, checking out, parking and finding a quick bite.

Yes, the rest was well needed. The room was very clean and I had a very restful quiet evening.

The room felt immediately unclean. The smell of smoking lingering in the air, the sticky floors, and the noise from late-night activity from other guests made my stay unpleasant and I decided to check out early. The only redeeming quality is the professionalism and courtesy of the staff.

The door locks (access card) were not working I requested a room change because my bathroom was dirty

I don't expect a lot from Motel 6. I do expect the floors to be mopped. The floors were beyond filthy.

My son almost fell in the bathtub because it was so slippery, he did however wrench his knee. Water/sewer water came up between the tiles in the bathroom when you stepped on the floor in front of the toilet.

If you just wanna crash this is an ok spot for the money. Room was very clean. Staff helpful and welcoming. Room smelled of cigarette smoke, however.

Cut the lights on and roaches started crawling out of everywhere. Would’ve went somewhere else but it was really late when we arrived so wasn’t really an option. Was so paranoid after the first room that I checked under the sheets and bed, only to find random hairs and stains on the sheets. Would not stay here again but the staff was friendly with the inconvenience.

DO NOT BOOK THIS MOTEL! If you put lipstick on a pig, it's still a pig! The floor appears to have never been mopped. I spilled water and used a towel to clean it up and it was FILTHY. There were hand prints on the wall by the toilet, hair on the "clean" towels, the sheets are stained with grease. At checkin, the staff kept complaining that Expedia overbooked the hotel and that their system was down. He said they only had about 4 rooms left and he had to physically go verify if the room was available to check someone in. It was quite a disaster. Overflowing trash cans at the stairways. The cleaning carts do not have mops, it is confirmed. No bed bugs... That is why we stayed. The toilet would sometimes flush. They have tried to spruce this place up but again it is bad. There was a prostitute walking around in broad daylight as comfortable as can be. Expedia needs to lower the rating to least a 5 or 4.

The bathroom door looked as though it had been kicked in, and a cabinet door was broken off the hinges. I overlooked it and figured it was a "you get what you pay for" experience... and then I saw a roach in the bathroom in the middle of the night. I was definitely surprised to see how rundown the place was considering how nice it looked online in the photos. And if you're a light sleeper like me, staying a motel just off the interstate is not a good idea.

Room's AC was poorly maintained and very noisy. Kept hearing loud banging from it. Room itself smelled of smoke. At least the room had a microwave, refrigerator, and freezer, which was nice. The staff was also nice.

The room was fair for what I needed it for. A last minute travel. Check in was easy and pleasant so was check out. It did smell of cigarettes when I walked in the room. I’m not a smoker so that kind of turned me off. The cord for the coffee pot was extremely short so I had to move it to the night stand to use it and I had to move the desk to plug the tv in. The hot water was AMAZING!!!!

The room was very poorly designed.

The hotel was fine, clean BUT there was no counter in the room so we didnt have any place for our luggage and the room wasnt super big spot were in with 2 dogs.

Air condition are really loud noise I can sleep

Pros: room was clean and bed was comfortable. Cons: Check in was at 3 but room wasn’t ready until 5. Construction workers started metal fabrication outside of our door at 8am on a Sunday.

Didn’t have the cleanest room with debris on the bed and the chair, the big refrigerator was nice, need new pillow cases the ones I had, had makeup residue on em and toilet was outdated struggled to flush. Had cable but half of the channels wasn’t working.

Excellent as always! I stay almost 2 times a week for work and have yet to have any issues or complaints. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Booked online went to check in no one was ever there for me to check in, doors were locked!!

I had a bad experience with this motel. Pulling up to the motel 6 I immediately noticed the vacant buildings next door. I was planning to stay here by myself and checking in staff was helpful and respectful when I asked not to verbally state which room I was in. I pulled around to where my room was and the grounds were messy with empty blunt wraps, etc. I checked out my room and noticed corners that had not been swept, a leaking air conditioner, and floors that didn't appear mopped. The bed was made and looked clean. Because I was traveling on my own and I had only checked in a few minutes ago I chose to trust my gut and reach out to expedia immediately and see if it was possible to apply the money elsewhere. The motel front desk denied a refund and asked why I did not want to stay. When staff asked me why I did not want to stay I was honest and shared that I just didn't feel comfortable. He challenged this saying that they had security and it was a quiet property and that I could ask the men hanging around the lobby. I let him know that I could appreciate what he was saying but that it's different for a woman staying alone. Despite hearing him turn people down for rooms when I came to check in, he still chose to refuse to refund me and I gave him my key and left. Expedia also would not offer a refund. If you're iffy about this stay at all, just don't book here.

Not only is it in a sketchy area BUT we DIDNT EVEN STAY HERE BECAUSE WE COULDNT CHECK IN TO THE HOTEL BECAUSE THE FROMT OFFICE WAS CLOSED?!?!?!?! So now I sit & wait for a response to my message to the property about a full refund because it is NOT my fault that i couldn’t even check in so i SHOULD NOT be charged. Hotel seemed pretty dirty just from looking at it on the outside. literally had to sleep in my car in uptown charlotte in a parking garage because no hotel was available.

The restroom had leaks and clogs at the tub and sink. I had to put so many towels by the shower so that the whole bathroom wouldn’t be wet. What’s worse is my card stopped working the second night of my stay but the attendant decided since all the rooms were sold out she didn’t have to stay. So she closed the lobby help desk. Fortunately I have family in NC. Otherwise I would’ve had to sleep in my car.

Underrated. Quiet. Close to necessities. Great for long stay.

Staff is nice and very friendly, like to stay again prices are good per day. Breakfast availability they must added which is not available only coffee you have to make your own in your room which they provide you, rooms are nice and clean no bed bugs at all.
