Elevator doesn't work. Empty soda bottle in middle of staircase for 3 days and a wet floor sign there but not wet. Beds are noisy??

The elevator was broken but the lady at the front who checked me in (checked in during the late evening) was amazing!!! She was kind, encouraging, and very sweet. It\'s not often you encounter someone in that line of business, or in life, for that matter, of that magnitude- a genuinely kind, understanding, and uplifting human being who shows the empathy and warmth indiscriminantly and without prejudice, even to strangers.She is exactly the kind of person who exemplifies what it means to be a "hospitality professional" and the brand, Extended Stay America, should go to every length to let her know that she is an extremely rare find, an invaluable asset. She is exactly what they should look for when recruiting and hiring. It\'s employees like her that create the type of brand image that is crucial to success and longevity.

Elevator NOT working. Stained hallway carpet ... not impressed!

Excellent staff. Knowledgeable and friendly. The only negative was the elevator being out of service for state mandated maintenance.

Elevator was broken. Only hotel I’ve stayed in that takes a picture of your ID. Tub dripped, lights were broken, sheets were dingy, floor was dirty. Free breakfast was a nutrigrain bar or muffin.

When we arrived the young lady at the desk when we checked in was not very pleasant to deal with. I was informed that the elevator was not working. I asked for a room on the first floor, I explained that I can’t climb stairs because of a back injury. She said there was none available. Then I went back down and told her that the door would not close and we couldn’t lock it. She gave us a room next door but was discussed attitude. Then when we walked down the stairs I was holding the handle rail and a nail was sticking out and I slid my hand right across it, and I told the lady at the desk she did apologize and said she would take care of it also asked if I was cut.

I enjoyed staying there. This is my second time, but the elevator still doesn’t work and I was on the third floor, which was kind of hard.

After we had checked in and paid we were told the elevator was broken and there wasn’t any more rooms on the first floor. We asked for a refund and was told we couldn’t have one. So my young daughter and I had to make numerous trips to carry all our stuff upstairs. We had to get new keys twice because the mechanism on our door wasn’t working. The front desk personnel was rude anytime we approached the desk. We were told there would be grab and go breakfast available, and the only thing out both mornings was coffee and instant oatmeal. The only positive thing the hotel had going for them was the room was clean. I will never stay at this hotel chain again.

Very minimal breakfast. Elevator was broke and phone in the room did not work.

I love this place honestly, but their prices are a little steep (just a little) and the elevator is out til next year but ive always been comfortable and slept ok

Didn’t even check in, our softball team chose to stay here for a tournament and everyone left before I got there and said don’t bother checking in the place is disgusting and stinks.

My wife got scolded for touching the touch screen at the check in desk looking at the dishes you have to ask for in full kitchen room, room stunk so bad had ask for airfreshner just go in room . Still had to go buy glade plugins to mask the smell ( didnt work ) found a pill under air-conditioning unit woke up next morning to a cockroach crawling on the wall

The lady working at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Check in was quick and easy. I was disappointed in the dirty conditions in the stairwell and the dirty smell. The hallway carpet definitely needed vacuuming. The carpet in our room was old, stained and very worn. The bathroom floor did not appear to be clean. After a wonderful check in experience, I just wish the level of cleanliness had been better.

Stained and dirty sink and tub in the bathroom, toilet immediately clogged.

The rooms are a decent size and so is the price. They do have a bug situation that needs to be addressed though.

The room was very dirty and had a terrible smell. I had to go buy spray, air freshner and cleaning supplies to mop the floor. even after mopping the floor walking on the carpet made your feet dirty. It was disgusting.

The sheets on the bed were not clean. We went to the front desk to get a new set of sheets. There was no TV remote in the room. We had to ask for plates and silverware because there were none in the room. The manager of the hotel said we should contact you for a refund. I slept very poorly related to this experience.

For the money, this was a great hotel and exactly what we were looking for. The staff was friendly and helpful. It looks like the room had been refurbished recently. I would stay here again if I was in this area

The WiFi did not work the entire stay so I could t get any of my work done. The room wasn’t cleaned so I had to clean it myself.

For the area and price point, this was a great stay. Room had seemingly brand new furniture, was clean and comfortable. Staff was courteous and helpful

Young person at the front desk was not very well trained in customer service at all! Everything in the room was totally outdated and wreaked of a bad mold smell, the tv was the only modern amenity in the room. The toilet quit flushing after first use, the water pressure to refill tank stopped, I actually had to remove the tank cover, lift and release the float to restart water refill, when I reported the problem at the front desk I was offered a plunger and told there was no plumber available.There was hard dried water lime adhesed all around the sink faucet handles, same issues with bathtub shower handle and shower head, GFI outlets were outdated and installed upside down. We were told there was no room cleaning service, if we needed clean towels we had to bring the dirty towels and washcloths downstairs to the front desk for clean towels, there were only 2 in the bathroom. Carpet and room office area for personal laptop use was terrible, chairs had some white sticky substance stains on them, sticky desks. The rooms' AC unit control didn't work it stayed on one temp and was very noisy through the night. We were offer to switch rooms but told they were about the same. They told me the building had been updated but didn't realized I'm a retired building contractor. The building and it's interior looked like a throwback from the 80's. We were between a rock and a hard place for a total refund and or booking another hotel as we arriver later than 3pm driving from 3 hours away.

The elevator was out and I had to use the stairs, 2nd floor. Make sure to ask for 3rd floor. The room above me had kids and they were stomping until 10:30. Also ask for a room opposite the interstate as semis were plenty loud - probably less than 100 yards away from the hotel. The bed was not a premium mattress, but wasn’t sunken in either. Breakfast is grab and go granola bars and muffins. All in all it was with the $70ish dollars for a nights rest.

The staff were great and the bed was comfortable. The room was clean. Would definitely stay here again when in the area. Thanks.

Bed was fine….room fine ..just old needs updating

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. I would rate them very highly. The room and hotel in general was clean, quiet and comfortable. The only area I didnt rate as high was the property condition. The room was a little dated with obvious signs of wear and seemed a little run down. The cleanliness and staff made up for the dated room however and I would stay there again because of this.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast is just muffins and coffee. Not really a breakfast, IMO. The room was very dusty. Even though it's a non smoking facility. The whole hallway smelled like someone was smoking. The wifi didn't work for my computer in my room so I couldn't get any work done. And the free wifi doesn't work until you pay to upgrade. So technically it's free, but extremely slow. we moved.

The room smelled (determined to be the A/C unit. You have to pay for internet. If you want clean towels, you have to pan an exchange fee. There is no way I would have booked this property had the website been accurate.

I booked a room. Showed up with my reservation and they told me they had no room for me. I had a receipt and showed the feont desk worker. She said this is the 2nd time in 2 weeks Expedia has double booked a room, and they already gave it away. I left without a room and no refund. They told me to get a hold of Expedia for a refund, but Expedia cant seem to find my stay. I will never use Expedia again.

I booked my reservation online and upon my arrival I was told they were sold out. I argued that it said there were multiple rooms online. She had a list in front of her that all said the rooms were dirty. I asked if I could cancel and was told it needed to be through Expedia. I contacted Expedia and said I wanted a refund. Then all of a sudden a room became available. This place is not clean and not up to date at all. Would never stay here again.

Worst check-in I’ve ever had. Hotel said they couldn’t pull up reservation, even though I had confirmation e-mail from Hotels.com, and my credit card already had the amount taken out. Said they couldn’t call anyone about it either. Repeatedly just said “we don’t have anything to do with hotels.com.” Then tried to check in normally with another room they had, and they couldn’t figure that out because “computer shows it dirty, even though it’s not.” Literally 40 minutes later, 1 am, they said “oh it’s showing up now,” but was for the wrong day — even though my confirmation was correct. Eventually they called some hotel manager on the phone who told them (2 people who couldn’t figure this out) to just do it. It then took them 2 tries to make keys that work. Hardly worth mentioning but room had food on the floor in between two beds, too. I stay in about 50 hotels a year - worst check in I’ve ever seen. Hotels.com makes it near impossible to get a human on their phone, too, which doesn’t help.

There were no dishes for cooking. AC worked fine. Dana at the front desk was so kind and accommodating.

THE STAFF WAS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Internet barely worked! They kept running out of towels ! Upon me leaving I overheard staff talking about me and my business and I am a struggling mother. They also gave someone a key to my room without my permission and I was attacked. I will be hiring a lawyer !

Staff friendly and informative and helpful Clean. Some things dated, but in okay condition

Staff was very polite and courteous and always available when needed. Room was very comfortable which is why I chose to stay and extra day. I would choose to stay again.

what I like is the staff was very friendly helpful, the hotel is close to everthing, the room was nice and clean & had cold AC.

St check in requested a room not facing Highway 64. Told rooms are already assigned and cannot change. Whole lobby and hallway smelled of Marijuana. We thought being a longterm stay there would be utensils for eating and cooking. Even the advertisement on the hotels televisions state a complete kitchen like you have at home and shows beautiful dishes. Wrong nothing provided only one bath soap on the tub. We brought lots of things to prepare for meals from home. Had to purchase cooking pans and plates, eating utensils and a toaster.

It was close the activities we were participating in.

Easy to find, check in/out was a breeze, close to the airport. Wish the hallways were more lit. Overall, excellent stay for the price, will stay here again in the future.

Location of hotel is nice and close to shopping and restaurants. Seems a bit run down but we were there just to sleep so it didn't affect our stay.

When booked (Early on) we were told that there was breakfast. We show up, no breakfast. Was $37 dollars cheaper on line when we showed up. Manager was nice and gave us the cheaper rate. BUT, if you wanted any kind of cookware you had to Pay extra for that. If you wanted a clean towel, you had to take the dirty one back to the front desk and get charged for a new one. 2 bath towels and 2 wash rags provided. No hand towels. If that is the way they all are, I'll never stay at one again.

When we checked in we were told by the front desk staff that there was no longer free breakfast or coffee in the lobby. There was last year when we stayed at this facility. While we did not need to use any dishes or pans, now in order to have them, you must pay for them. (roughly $39.000. If we wanted extra towels, they would charge us $1.75 per towel. We were told that this changed on August 1, 2024. When we arrived in our room, it was clean however there was no kleenex in the bathroom. There was also no kettle in the room to make our own tea. The room was clean and the shower was hot. There was no grab bars in the shower. I feel that every bathroom in a hotel should have these in the shower. Not just accessible ones.Each bathroom is different from what customers have at home and even young people could fall .There was also no ironing board, iron or hairdryer . We will not be staying at this hotel in the future. The desk clerk was friendly.

Well the only bad thing was the elevator was not usable . The clerk had no ground floor rooms but she did give us room on secomd floor clisest to stairs. Coffe was good for a hotel coffee . Breakfast choices so so.
