Americas Best Value Inn Monroe

Clean room. Breakfast was horrible waffles and bad coffee. We went to the convenience store next door and got better coffee

This was my last option because it was a las minute thing. I will never stay here again the rooms were dirty and the noise was horrible. And the ac unit was loud.

The property had trash all over it. The trash cans hadn’t been emptied and trash was everywhere. Our room looked as it had been used bc there were dirty towels. 2 rooms next door had the doors wide opened for a day and a half. They were both trashed. The TV remote didn’t work. The floor was very very very dirty. You cold see dirt ! The dresser drawers were so dirty I couldn’t use them. IThe TV was old and had a bad picture. The AC was not cold. I talked to front desk and she looked at me as though she was helpless. This was a terrible experience!

Nice room and great location.

Room smelled like old and mildew, the housekeeping was rude and ghetto and rushin me to check out. Needs a detailed cleaning. Price was raised too high for that room. It was not worth th piece , then the deposit for that room was way too high. It was a loud noise all night . Highly disappointed!
