It was okay. The beds were comfortable. The cost of the room was very overpriced and we didn’t get the ADA room we requested.

The only real disappointment was kid’s running up and down the hallway and yelling back and forth to each other. There were ball teams staying there. Not sure it can be blamed on the hotel, they just needed more supervision.

When I checked in, the front desk agent was very friendly and quickly got me set up with a room key. When I went up to the room, it hadn’t been cleaned and the beds weren’t made. I went back downstairs and she was very apologetic, then reassigned me to another room. The second room was better, but there was quite a bit of hair in the restroom. I understand it can be hard to catch every little detail, but this was noticeable. I was only staying one night and usually bring flip-flops to shower in hotels, so it wasn’t a major issue for me. I didn’t try the breakfast since I decided to sleep in, but I did notice housekeeping knocking on my door around 9am even though checkout isn’t until noon.
