Aston Maui Kaanapali Villas

Such an amazing place! Friendly staff and beautiful rooms. We didn’t leave the resort…

We really enjoy the location, the relaxed atmosphere and the close proximity to Kaanapali Beach and its beachwalk. We stayed in a Studio in the Dolphin building on the ground level. The condo was nicely furnished with an Aloha touch, kitchen was well equipped, the beds were very comfy and we did not hear any noise from the neighboring rooms. Within a few steps we'd be at the pool or on the beach. We very much appreciated that there wasn't any loud music at the pool. We've been at the AMKV a few times and while we also have stayed in a hotel room we prefer staying in a condo in the Dolphin building. To us it feels more relaxed. They provide a water dispenser next to the hotel reception which we liked a lot as well as fresh coffee in the morning. The staff is super friendly and very accommodating, particularly Vernalyn and Joe.

The room needs a lot of work. AC did not work for most of our stay. The sliding glass door is worn out and the lock on the door barley works. Also, the glass is broken and has clear tape over the broken area. We could not get the WiFi to work. There were no chairs in this room, not one and no table for lap tops etc.The TV was super small. The room was very quiet with a nice view. Coffee was great with a good coffee maker.

员工完全没有经过培训，非常没有礼貌。 第一天我按时到达，被告知房间还没收拾好，仅仅是告知，连句抱歉都没有，好像这是应该的。 5晚住宿只有一天客房服务（打扫卫生），这倒可以理解。但是如果不催促的话，这一天的卫生可能也没有人打扫。我催了两遍，才勉强打扫。 最后一天退房，前台居然没人。 总之，员工素质极差，完全不能匹配这个酒店。
