Hampton Inn Lafayette

We barely used the hotel, just the bed, which was excellent! ! of the staff members needs to smile when dealing with guests. The others were fine though.

The beds were super comfy and the breakfast was hot and fresh.

Front desk people need to stay off I-phone so when you approach desk they are attentive not finishing up their business on iPhone. At check in there was a second person at desk who never looked up just worked their iPhone.

The shower didn’t work. And I had to go to the front desk to have them take care of it. It was only after I complained that they offered to put me in another room. Then I asked about the Hampton guarantee, and was told that it didn’t apply to me, so there wasn’t anything I could do

The check in girl was very polite and accomedating to my wife's needs.
