Courtyard by Marriott Hanover Lebanon

The hotel is currently under construction, and we were unaware of this. I called in advance to discuss several things because my husband was going for surgery early in the morning. The Consiage had the opportunity to let me know. Several outlets in the room did not work, the mini fridge was plopped on the floor, and the rest of our room was piecemealed together. When I spoke with another guest getting room-temperature coffee in the lobby, I learned I had one of the better rooms. I would recommend waiting until the construction is complete before staying here.

Courtyard is in the midst of renovations, rooms aren’t as nice as they used to be and public areas are practically empty

The staff were friendly and the room was great, but they were doing significant renovations, and this was not posted anywhere online or communicated prior to the stay. The pool was being worked on, and there was no market open for quick snacks or drinks. I would stay again because of the location and convenience, but it should be communicated to guests what the state of the hotel is.

This hotel is under construction so common areas and hallways were dirty and lots of plastic, and very noisy. The room itself was very clean. However, there was nowhere to put clothes...no closet or clothes rack and no dresser or even drawers. The tv was great but the lighting in the room was terrible. The restaurant was closed, although they did put out a decent breakfast. We feel that all of this should have been disclosed on the hotel's website. If we had been staying more than one night we would have changed hotels for sure.
