Pool war aus technischen Gründen geschlossen. Wir wurden darüber nicht informiert. Es gibt keinen Hinweis auf der Internetseite. Nur deswegen habe ich dieses Hotel gebucht. Schade.

Wir sind nun mehrmals schon im Mercure Hotel gewesen und sind jedes Mal sehr zufrieden. Besonders gut finden wir die Frühstücksauswahl. Die Kinder sind jedes mal vom Pool beigeistert, was toll wäre dass der Pool geheizt wird, er ist sehr kalt.

Wir sind nun mehrmals schon im Mercure Hotel gewesen und sind jedes Mal sehr zufrieden. Besonders gut finden wir die Frühstücksauswahl. Die Kinder sind jedes mal vom Pool beigeistert, was toll wäre dass der Pool geheizt wird, er ist sehr kalt.

Nice hotel, staff advised pool was under maintenance and we could not use. Was one of the main reasons we choose this place. Ac didnt work well the first night and opening balcony door let in flies. Staff at restaurant was not that friendly and had very limited items on menu.

Das Poolwasser war zu kalt, es hatte 27 Grad. Mit Kleinkind/Baby ist es viel zu kalt…. Für mich persönlich erinnert die Wassertemp. auch eher an einen Badeweiher im Sommer, für einen Innenpool ist das Wasser zu kalt. Unser Zimmer Fenster war sehr eklig verschmiert, es sah so aus als wären zuvor kleine Kinder an der Scheibe geklebt. Das Bett stand auf Rollen, hat sich beim umdrehen immer bewegt. Der Toilettenrand innen war schwarz und verkalkt, stach beim beziehen des Zimmers ins Auge, da die Brille aufgeklappt war. Die Wandhalterung für den Föhn war sehr staubig. Sauberkeit wird wohl in diesem Hotel (4Sterne Hotel??!) nicht groß geschrieben. Frühstücksbuffet war reichlich, allerdings werden Tische sowie Stühle beim neu eindecken einfach nur mit Servietten „geputzt“ ohne einen nassen Lumpen, oder gar ein reinigunsmittel. Im Großen und Ganzen war es für eine Übernachtung Ok, nochmal werden wir aber nicht kommen.

Not a great place to stay. The hotel is next to a loud road, and in summer with the window open (due to the temperature) it's difficult to sleep. The bed is also very uncomfortable (the mattress is very hard). What annoyed me the most was the surprise of having to pay 15 euros to park my car overnight, even though the hotel has plenty of their own parking. They also charge 3 euros to use an umbrella. It used to be these were things you would expect a hotel to provide, and I would still expect that standard from a Mercure. Disappointing to have all these hidden costs for such an uncomfortable room.

Hotel is fine for 1 night and continue your journey the next day, rest and continue. The room was hot and had to open the French balcony doors. We had booked 1 family room, but we only got 2 towels and 1 free bottle of water, a bit cheap and in my opinion not good service. The room was clean and otherwise fine. The breakfast made up for everything, was spacious with a very wide breakfast buffet.

es waren sehr sehr viele Kinder im Hotel , ergo alles sehr laut und wuselig - im Nachbar Zimmer bis 11:00 Alarm mit Bettenspringen , weinen gegen die wand treten etc etc ebenso beim Frühstück , wie in einer Bahnhofshalle des weiteren das schlechteste Wlan im Zimmer was ich die letzten 5 Jahr ein einem Hotel hatte

Breakdast area is extremely noisy. Tables are for 6 or 8 people, while many people are by themselves, leaving nog many seating options... The whole building smells like toilet freshner... No added value there. Rooms are also a bit noisy from people upstairs. For the rest a clean and good hotel though.

Das Hotel stammt aus dem 70er Jahren, an manchen Details merkt man das. Das Zimmer war eher dunkel, die Fenster (doppelt) lassen sich nicht kippen. Es war zumindest sehr sauber. Sehr überzeugt hat mich hier neben dem freundlichen Service beim Check In das Frühstück: Frische Bäckerbrötchen, Saft aus Glasflaschen (gottlob nicht wie leider immer öfter aus einem Dispenser), gutes Rührei mit knusprigem Speck und vieles mehr.

Hotel is located a fair distance from Stuttgart centre €50 + in a taxi. Rooms are reasonable and facilities are good although air conditioning is very poor in rooms. Also if you open window you can hear main road. Disappointed considering they are a Mercure Hotel Chain.

obwohl ich Keine vollen Sterne vergeben habe, ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in diesem Hotel sehr gut. Es ist Eingebettet zwischen Autobahn und Schnellstraße, für Leute, welche lärmempfindlich sind, ist es nicht zu empfehlen, die Fenster zu öffnen. Sind die Fenster doch geschlossen hört man von dem Lärm überhaupt nichts. Zum Breuningerland sind es nur 5 Minuten Fußweg. Leider sind die Betten sehr sehr hart. ich werde tatsächlich sicherlich nicht mehrere Tage am Stück übernachten, aber für eine Nacht ist das vollkommen in Ordnung.

Great breakfast! Comfortable room! Great guide service. We have trouble to find the hotel due to the surrounding construction. Can't find the way to approach the hotel for 20 mins. The lady was with us on the phone to guide us for 10 mins until we reach the hotel. It was very difficult for both parties to get where we are first. But then the lady help us made it.

Equipe de funcionários péssima, despreparados, alguns chegam a ser rudes, dando a impressão que estão fazendo um favor por você estar se hospedando no hotel. De todos os hotéis que estive este foi sem dúvida, o pior que já tive na vida. Horrível!

This is certainly not a 4-star hotel. Barely a 3. Surrounded by construction and the highway it's not a vacation spot. Also, I believe there is an immigration facility right next door due to the amount of middle eastern men lingering about outside at all hours. Felt unsafe to walk around. There is a 15 euro a day charge for parking however the barrier was up almost all the time. Hotel staff made us come to the front desk to retrieve extra pillows, more coffee pods, clean cups. They don't deliver to your room. The small restaurant and bar had a limited and expensive menu. They really push the breakfast buffet but at 25 euros didn't look worth it. The AC in the room barely kept up. All in all not a great experience and not someplace I would stay again.

In general it was good, but seem the staff have not been trained professionally to talk with customei in a manner and respectfully , mainly the restaurant staff which we have been asked ID during our breakfast even the hotel knew that we have paid for everthing on advan on our 2nd day as we have stayed there for 5 days, but seem there a lack of communications and report failing betwwen staff and managers to check before talking with guests. Wasn't happy on the day this happened and the hotel except an apology which i made their attention, not have offred us anything to make our stay as welcome.

Our accomodation is ok, not bes not worst. Clean room and bathroom. Towels and some stuff are missing in the room but we gather from reception. Mini bar was empty. Breakfast is moderate but not so tasty. Car parking costs is 15eur/day. Free parking available around hotel. Housekeeping is alittle bit annoying. İt's said in the third day room was being cleaned, however 2nd day, which is our checkout day, they open twice our door without even knocking door. They should be more careful.

obwohl ich Keine vollen Sterne vergeben habe, ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in diesem Hotel sehr gut. Es ist Eingebettet zwischen Autobahn und Schnellstraße, für Leute, welche lärmempfindlich sind, ist es nicht zu empfehlen, die Fenster zu öffnen. Sind die Fenster doch geschlossen hört man von dem Lärm überhaupt nichts. Zum Breuningerland sind es nur 5 Minuten Fußweg. Leider sind die Betten sehr sehr hart. ich werde tatsächlich sicherlich nicht mehrere Tage am Stück übernachten, aber für eine Nacht ist das vollkommen in Ordnung.

Breakdast area is extremely noisy. Tables are for 6 or 8 people, while many people are by themselves, leaving nog many seating options... The whole building smells like toilet freshner... No added value there. Rooms are also a bit noisy from people upstairs. For the rest a clean and good hotel though.

Nice hotel, staff advised pool was under maintenance and we could not use. Was one of the main reasons we choose this place. Ac didnt work well the first night and opening balcony door let in flies. Staff at restaurant was not that friendly and had very limited items on menu.

Das Hotel war gut und sauber. Leider waren die Angestellten mit der Vollbelegung überfordert. Das Zimmer war um 15.30 noch nicht bereit, uns wurde aber vom Manager sofort ein anderes Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ( für 25 Euro ) war sehr reichhaltig und frisch. Die Umgebung bestand aus vielen Baustellen und in der Messehalle daneben ist eine Auffangstation für Flüchtlinge. Aber alles in allem stimmt Preis/Leistung und wir würden wieder in diesem Hotel buchen

The place is indeed far from the city center, but: 1. Very comfortable bed 2. Comfortable pillows. 3 Amazing staff. We stayed as a family, a couple + 2 and the price we paid was about 150 euros. We got 2 rooms. Excellent value for what we got. The disadvantage is the distance from the city center and parking fees.

We had a good experience in this hotel and they have reception 24/7 as we arrived late in night and we also needed car parking which is a big plus but with 15 euro parking fee. There is little bit mold in the shower area but I guess the are renovating the area as I can see constrution or road work is under progress in infront of the hotel. Overall we had a good experience.
