Loved the staff and the hotel! Super super clean. Only thing I complain about it is we literally got maybe 2 hours of sleep. The floors are so thin and we heard ALL night long the people walking above us. I don’t mean walking here and there. I mean walking back and fourth CONSTANTLY loud as can be from 10:45pm to3:30am. My kids couldn’t even sleep it was so loud. We called the front desk at midnight and they said they would call that room. But the front desk never reported back to us and it never got quiet until after 3:30. We stayed in so many hotels and never had this problem before. To have paid that much money and not even be able to sleep is absolutely ridiculous

Walls and ceilings a lil too thin. Too much noise outside of quiet time. Pillows were hard as a rock and made for a difficult night's sleep. The rooms were well equipped and clean.

This place is AMAZING as well as the staff. It has a washer and dryer in the bathroom. We were just traveling thru and probably won't be back but I wish it was available in my area of travel. I would almost go back just for the experience. It has a convenient mini mart in the Lobby, obviously it is meant as a longer term stay(3 nights for us). But we enjoyed it.
