Tyvärr motsvarar hotellet inte priset det kostar, enligt oss. Rummet vi hade som familj på 4 var rätt litet, men helt ok i skick. Det var dock mycket ljud både i rummet och utanför på innergården som vi måste gå igenom för att komma till vårt rum. Frukosten som skulle ingå innebar att få frukostbiljetter till restaurangen, vilket vi inte fick vid incheckning så det ställde till extra bekymmer. Det verkade oklart och oorganiserat. Själva frukosten beställdes sedan som en måltid från köket, så ingen buffé, det saknade vi. Få alternativ att välja på dessutom. Poolen var varm och bra och plus för handdukar både vid poolen och vid stranden och tillgång till solstolar, men för den extra kostnaden som användandet av dem kostade var det ju direkt ingen lyx. Vi skulle inte välja hotellet igen.

Bra hotell med fina rum som städades varje dag. Vänlig och service minded personal, fint polområde samt en härlig innergård med uteplats. Kan varmt rekommenderas. Bodde här i 9 dagar bra läge med närhet till strand.

This hotel was a disappointment honestly. I don’t know how this hotel is rated four stars when it should probably be a 3 star hotel. I was so disappointed from start to finish. The check in process was not as seamless as I wanted it to be. I had messaged the hotel weeks before letting them know my flight gets in at 6am on a Saturday. They said to guarantee a room I should book the evening before. So I paid for the Friday night so make sure I get checked in right away so I can shower and nap, etc. The standard room was old, and felt musty, definitely disappointed by the AC unit all weekend the only time it would get cool was at night. I was too tired by the end of the day to notice the AC only working at night. I asked the front desk to make sure house keeping cleans my room or at least put fresh towels and it never happened! every day I had to go to the front desk myself to get towels and my room was never cleaned all weekend and just felt like the room was in poor shape from the get go. I’ve stayed at 3 star hotels with better service & quality before and was never disappointed as much as I was this stay. I thought being a hotel next to the beach would be worth it but honestly this one wasn’t at all and I’m regretting booking here. Should have paid more for another hotel or pay less for different hotel not on the beach. Also you could hear everything that the upstairs neighbors were doing so that was also incredibly annoying. Idk I just had better expectations.

Let me start by saying the location of Circa 39 and the access to the beach are great. The tiki bar restaurant in the lobby is amazing. Also, the portion of the staff that was helpful was extremely helpful. Unfortunately, there were several issues with my reservation. I wanted to add an extra night and one of the people told me that the hotel had no rooms available that had two beds, so I hung up and tried to cancel my reservation altogether. I booked through a third-party, so the hotel did not approve my cancellation. So I waited a day and called the back and got a different person on the phone and this person easily and happily booked me a room that had two beds. So the person during the first call lied to me. Then I asked, this means I can stay in one room, correct? And there won’t be any issues with my reservation, correct? They assured me everything was fine. After the first night, they called me on my cell phone to ask me why I hadn’t checked out. They had failed to recognize the reservation for the second night. It all worked out, but it was a terrible hassle. As for the other reasons I almost gave this hotel 3 stars: the rooms are much smaller than they appear to be in the photos; the television did not have basic cable and did not allow any sort of streaming; no parking on premises and all of the parking around is limited and you have to pay. The hotel is quaint and most of the staff is great, but I’m not sure I would stay there again.
