We enjoyed our stay there. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, great location. Only complaint what price of drinks. I understand we are in Miami and it will be more expensive, however 50 dollars for 2 tito's and soda in a very small cup was a ripoff.

My husband and I did not enjoy our stay. We could not get hot water in the shower most of the time. We alerted the staff who told us to “let it run”. The next morning it took 30 minutes running to get hot. The third day we let it run, but it never got hot. Another issue- no mat inside the shower and it was extremely slippery. I almost fell the first day and had to keep a towel in the shower to stand on for the rest of the trip. We never had room service, so used the same towels for 3 days. The second day we were there we went to the bar by the pool. As I went to sit on the barstool it completely broke underneath me and I fell to the floor. I wasn’t injured (thankfully) but when an associate came over, instead of checking to see if I was okay, they simply grabbed the chair and removed it. I should have complained and filled out an incident report- but I just let it go. The staff at the outside bar was not friendly and seemed annoyed we were there. One last word- we knew we went to a hotel that was active at night- but the music was SO loud in the room it made it impossible to sleep until 2am when the music stopped…
