This property is in a nice location, easy beach access, right on the boardwalk as well. A nice outdoor bar with friendly staff. I loved that we could park our rental at a garage that was about a 3-5 minute walk. Healthy food options near by, no car is needed if you want to stay in South Beach. Uber rides were less than $10 if taken to places around south beach SOFI or mid-beach. A shopping center is right there as well, called Lincoln Road. I highly recommend the only thing there is no laundry there, but they have laundry service that cost money.

Everyone at the Sagamore was just so friendly and helpful. The environment was super-clean although some things could be updated (in-room floors, moulding, paint) but that is being nitpicky. Beds felt luxurious. We couldn't hear people on either side of us, which was great. The common areas are beautiful. Beach access is directly across the footpath, just steps from the pool gate. Loungers on the beach are included in the resort fee, but the umbrellas, which are necessary, are not. The pool was great--water is very warm due to the climate, but it is relaxing, and the lemon water at the towel stand is a god-send. Loungers and umbrellas there were comfortable. The check-ins from the front desk were exceptional, and they gave us solid recommendations for dinners. We definitely highly recommend the Sagamore and will be telling our friends to stay here. The location is the best, sitting on the end of South Beach, far enough away from the all-hours parties, but close enough to walk to each night for dinner, and mid-beach activies were also a convenient walk. The walk/run/bike path is perfect for all those activies (run in early morning! Walk to SB/Art Deco area or mid-beach, and bike the entire path--two miles to the pier). Loved everything about our stay, and everyone who works there is just so friendly and accomodating.

We experienced poor service quality, unfulfilled expectations, and potential safety concerns. Examples: Our Booking included clear terms for a free pool cabana for the whole stay. Management initially denied this benefit, requiring multiple discussions. Ultimately, they provided a free cabana for one day and a complimentary lounging sofa for the remaining five days. The room was significantly smaller than the pictures advertised. The large ocean-facing balcony had no lounging chairs, making it essentially unusable. Requests for chairs were repeatedly denied by management. The area is dominated by hotels under renovation, making the surroundings extremely loud and unpleasant. Limited dining options in the hotel, with slow and inattentive service. Limited healthy food choices; and menu ingredients are not included or replaced by unhealthy ones. Rooms lack telephones, which is a safety issue. Guests must visit reception in person for assistance unless they have an American phone number. No support provided for international travelers with eSIMs, further complicating communication. Rental bikes are old and unsafe. Pool fool of kids in diapers, guests are not monitored for basic hygiene procedures before entering pool. The gym is extremely small and has rusty and old equipment. The only place with possibly filtered water for guests is in the gym. Parking is 3 blocks away, 50-70$ USD/day. All along, Eye-opening experience about how deceiving Expedia is.

Thank you to Shai and his staff for an amazing stay. Rooms were very spacious perfect for a family of 4. Hotel had great amenities, pool and pool bar, gym, loungers and umbrellas and a pool table in the lobby for everyone to play. Location is one of the best, walk to restaurants, across the street you have bakeries, Italian restaurants, Walgreens next door and a liquor store.

Stay was very good. Nice hotel. Beds too hard. Very pricey. Resort fee does not include family members for beach chair; Umbrellas were extra. They took the beach chairs away at 5pm. Pool was great, warm water.

Broken elevator so luggage was needed to be carried up 3 floors. Incredibly loud in hallway. Mosquitos!! Coming in from idk where, but I didn't have a door or window open in my room yet every night I would kill at least 5 of them and still would wake up with bits on my arms and legs. Everything was worn or broken. Lamp switch - broken, shower curtain- gross with stains. Even the frig couldn't get cold, yet it was loud AF at night. I left after 3 days.

I’ve stayed at many hotels in my life, but this was unfortunately one of the worst experiences. The hotel is in desperate need of renovation—the rooms feel outdated and dull, the WiFi doesn’t work, and neither does the TV or even the elevator. On our last day, my friend and I wanted to watch a movie in our room, but when the TV wouldn’t work, we called the front desk. They assured us someone would come to fix it, but after waiting 45 minutes with no sign of help, we gave up. The pool area is nice, but even there, the staff forgot our order multiple times. Overall, a really disappointing way to end our trip. Sadly, I can’t recommend staying at this hotel.

The hotel looks outdated as soon as you walk in the lobby. Then when you walk pass the front desk it looks better. The pool area is great. Pool is kind of small and shallow. The elevator was old and out of order. The rooms looked like the 90s, stained furniture/throw pillows. Old rusty mirrors and shower head. Cracked title floors in the living room. Sliding doors don’t close shut for privacy. One of our beds was missing a leg so when you sit on it, it would drop to the floor. The staff at the hotel was incredibly helpful and friendly. Melody at checkin is amazing. The guys working at the beach and pool area are very nice. I have been emailed by the hotel and offered a discounted stay for next time but that’s not good enough. This was my children’s first time in Miami and this hotel was definitely a disappointment.

Very romantic and tropical area. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool was amazing, bartenders were super nice and good at their job. Room was little poor. Cracked glass. Slider door not properly working, bathroom dirty with bugs. Room needs work but the rest was great.

From the moment we arrived, the staff was extremely attentive and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The hotel was spotless in every area, from the lobby to the rooms, was immaculately clean and well-maintained. Service was top notch throughout our stay. Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, or restaurant staff, everyone went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is unbeatable and right in the heart of the action, just steps away from everything you’d want to explore. It made getting around incredibly easy and added so much to the overall experience. Highly recommend the Sagamore for anyone looking for a clean, stylish, and well-run hotel in a prime location. Our stay at the Sagamore was wonderful! The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful and even sent up a complimentary bottle of champagne as we were celebrating a birthday. It’s a convenient walk from the lobby to the beach, which I love. Great location ! The rooms advertise that they fit 4 adults, but pull out (futon) in living room area is tiny barely fits one person. I have 2 teenage sons and it was very uncomfortable for them. When I asked for a cot, I was told there was a waiting list for cots and I never got one. Otherwise great hotel!

Loved the Art Deco Style hotel. The room was huge I thought that it had been an apartment at one time but they said it had always been a hotel. It’s right on the beach.

I’ve stayed at many hotels in my life, but this was unfortunately one of the worst experiences. The hotel is in desperate need of renovation—the rooms feel outdated and dull, the WiFi doesn’t work, and neither does the TV or even the elevator. On our last day, my friend and I wanted to watch a movie in our room, but when the TV wouldn’t work, we called the front desk. They assured us someone would come to fix it, but after waiting 45 minutes with no sign of help, we gave up. The pool area is nice, but even there, the staff forgot our order multiple times. Overall, a really disappointing way to end our trip. Sadly, I can’t recommend staying at this hotel.

The staff were amazing. They are very focused on making sure your stay is comfortable. They are the definition of perfect customer service. The bar was always clean the staff was always around when needed. House keeping was quick and efficient. The manager who sits by the bar and pool area is very nice. He doesn’t just manage he helps his staff out which is always great to see. He wears a button down and sun glasses. He was very focused on make sure his staff made us and everyone else enjoy the sagamore. I would definitely come back!

We arrived after a full day at a convention. Luis saw how tired we were and offered an upgrade. The room is spectacular, beautifully set up and a great view of the ocean. If possible Mercedes would have taken the light fixture home. The service has been outstanding, I could not recommend it more highly. They deserve 6 stars. Even Delry was superb and could not have been better. I highly recommend you stay here.

This smaller boutique hotel is a gem! Melody was so helpful. Staff texted and answered questions quickly throughout our stay. They where also kind to provide us with a late check out so we could enjoy poolside before our later flight. We can’t say enough about how friendly all of the staff we encountered where. They truly go out of this way to provide first class service. Poolside is awesome . Hotel was clean and close to beach,shopping and dining.Very unique and we will definitely be back and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone wanting the perfect south beach stay. You won’t be disappointed!

I had an interesting experience staying here. I fully paid for the hotel through Expedia, yet every morning I would wake up with additional charges from the Sagamore hotel from $200-$700. I addressed it with the front desk, they simply said the charges were pending, and not to worry as they could see I paid with Expedia. By my last morning there, I had additional charges totaling 2K. The manager said it was because of a system error and they didn’t know I had already paid. This did not make sense since the total was double what I had paid for the rooms. I was assured I would get refunded, it’s only been 24hrs so I am still waiting. I just wanted to share my experience here, it’s a shame because the rooms are very spacious with a pull out sofa and small kitchen area. The pool area and private beach area was also nice. After this billing mistake, I don’t think I would stay here again.

This property is in a nice location, easy beach access, right on the boardwalk as well. A nice outdoor bar with friendly staff. I loved that we could park our rental at a garage that was about a 3-5 minute walk. Healthy food options near by, no car is needed if you want to stay in South Beach. Uber rides were less than $10 if taken to places around south beach SOFI or mid-beach. A shopping center is right there as well, called Lincoln Road. I highly recommend the only thing there is no laundry there, but they have laundry service that cost money.

We had a wonderful stay at the Sagamore. The pool and beach were lovely and it was a great location. I loved taking advantage of the bikes and riding along the beach path that stretches for miles in both directions. The coffee at the coffee bar was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful. They only sell fried food and pizza on property and charge. You a dear price for food. I recently had a wonderful stay at the Sagamore for my bday weekend. If you come to this hotel, expect a nice and chic stay. The property is well kept and the decor is so artsy and fun. All the staff were so welcoming and friendly and provided the best service. I truly appreciate the nice accommodations and making me feel special for my bday. In addition, I had the best passion fruit mojitos at the pool. So delicious. And any hotel that plays music from Solange and Jhene Aiko is my kind of hotel. I am looking forward to returning. I enjoyed the Sagamore. We stayed in the Ocean Lanai room with the extended balcony that overlooked the beautiful ocean. I loved the easy access to the ocean; the beach staff were very attentive. I didn't like the entry room door; it would click intermittently, as if someone was trying to enter the room. Other than that, the shower was beautiful, the spacious room was nice. It would've been nice to have a microwave in that room as well since we always had leftovers. The Wifi was a concern as well; we couldn't watch our Apps due to the TV not having an internet connection, and management downplayed it as a fringe benefit and not a hotel amenity. Nevertheless, overall, the staff were amazing and kind. And I absolutely loved the art vibe, with the different art themes all throughout the hotel.

Love this south beach location, beautiful historic art deco hotel. Clean, well maintained pool with great happy hour specials. The beach is a very quick walk from the pool area. The water is clean and beach itself is well maintained. Great location for walking to shops and restaurants.
