Red Roof Inn PLUS Boston - Mansfield - Foxboro

Wir hatten das Zimmer direkt an der Rezeption, das war ziemlich laut, aber ansonsten war die Unterkunft für eine Nacht total in Ordnung.

We were told that our second night would be refunded to us by the front desk staff, and it has not happened. There was just barely enough parking, and I got the last available spot in the lot. The 2nd-floor hallway reeked of urine. The lock on our door was broken. We paid for 4 adults, but the room was only set up for 2 adults. We paid extra for "prestige", but nothing was added to our room. Friday night, we were in the lobby when 5 people came off the elevator yelling, "Call 911, a girl is getting the snot beaten out of her." NO ONE CAME TO THE DESK!!! They yelled over and over again that someone needed help. It took minutes for the staff to get to the desk; one came out of a room, and the other came in from outside. Even then, the staff didn't seem overly concerned. The pool was covered over, so there was no way to use that amenity. It was very disappointing. The last time we stayed here it was lovely, but this stay was horrible.

Good ac. Clean room very noises. Lots of pets sounded like a dog kennel.

Everything was good
