Hotel Sandakan

Friendly staff, nice room with a comfy bed, and excellent breakfast buffet.

Great stay at the Hotel Sandakan. Room was great for our family of four. Great view out to the Sandakan harbour. Lovely breakfast in the restaurant (we also had lunch there twice as part of a tour we were on, and can confirm that was very yummy too).

Very close to mole and surrounded by many Malay restaurants

The room was spacious but very noisy, making it hard to get a good night’s rest. The bathroom was unclean, with visible mold in several areas. However, the breakfast was generous and the staff were welcoming

The property is central to a few attractions that we wanted to see and do.The staff is kind and eager and keen to help.When i booked our stay i chose the junior suite with a bath because i like baths after long walks but the bath plug wasn't working and it looked like it wasn't working for some time.We had a pleasant stay apart from that's.
