Property was clean and perfect for our needs! Great location on the beach with a pool too! Free laundry was a nice touch. This property is located right about halfway between Brandenton Beach and St. Armands. The only challenge was getting to restaurants between 5-6 PM due to traffic.

Very fun property with plenty to do for the family. Enjoyed the pool, tennis, shuffleboard and grilling on the property. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool can be loud at times especially with young adults or families nearby but generally clears out by diner. Beach area was beautiful with plenty of chairs and room to spread out. Very quiet on the beach all week and not crowded during the weekend. I would recommend.

Terrific location on Longboat Key! Steps away from the pool and beach. Nice lounge chairs are provided at beach and the office has umbrellas and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. We loved the pickle ball and shuffle board. Tons of great restaurants. Short drive to terrific shopping/dining in St. Armands Circle. Slightly longer drive into Sarasota with all the arts and culture it holds, that is if you can tear yourself away from the gorgeous beach.

It had every detail you could think of to help ease cooking at the home, sleeping comfortably and close to the beach. Only issue was that there was a large amount of ghost ants all over the kitchen. We are local and know the ants, but it was excessive to where even with no food out they would swarm. Hopefully that can be remedied because otherwise the stay was wonderful.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a good experience! You can’t beat the location of Sand Cay. The biggest negative was the cleanliness of our unit. The floors were absolutely filthy and my child’s feet were black within minutes of being there. We all had to keep our shoes on the entire time. I don’t expect them to be perfect, but compared to other units I’ve stayed in previously, this one could use some work.

This property is ideally located, right on the beach and close to my parent's apartment. The staff were very nice. It was quiet and peaceful and we had a great view of the gulf. We would love to stay here every time we come down to Longboat Key.

I was so disappointed when I went to book this past trip and No gulf fronts were available. We love a good view and to open the windows and hear the sounds of the gulf! But once we opened the door to 210, we were very pleased that there still was an excellent view from the living room, plus we could sit on our patio and keep an eye on our kids at the pool. The unit was well stocked, clean, tastefully decorated, and maintained to meet our expectations.

Everything was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived the staff were so kind and helpful! We got right to our condo and settled in. The beach was beautiful and the pool was relaxing! The location is great, right on the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was super easy. Condo was well equipped and clean. Nice king bed in master and a bunk bed with a pull out trundle bed below so you 3 beds total in second bedroom. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to visit Long Boat Key.

Property was clean and perfect for our needs! Great location on the beach with a pool too! Free laundry was a nice touch. This property is located right about halfway between Brandenton Beach and St. Armands. The only challenge was getting to restaurants between 5-6 PM due to traffic.

This property is ideally located, right on the beach and close to my parent's apartment. The staff were very nice. It was quiet and peaceful and we had a great view of the gulf. We would love to stay here every time we come down to Longboat Key.

Terrific location on Longboat Key! Steps away from the pool and beach. Nice lounge chairs are provided at beach and the office has umbrellas and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. We loved the pickle ball and shuffle board. Tons of great restaurants. Short drive to terrific shopping/dining in St. Armands Circle. Slightly longer drive into Sarasota with all the arts and culture it holds, that is if you can tear yourself away from the gorgeous beach.

It had every detail you could think of to help ease cooking at the home, sleeping comfortably and close to the beach. Only issue was that there was a large amount of ghost ants all over the kitchen. We are local and know the ants, but it was excessive to where even with no food out they would swarm. Hopefully that can be remedied because otherwise the stay was wonderful.
