The pool area and basketball court was nice. My family enjoyed the morning breakfast options. My only complaint is that the first floor smells like wet dog, but I am assuming that is because those are the pet friendly hotel rooms. My family and I were staying on the first floor because we had other family staying on the first floor with dogs. Other than the smell from the hallway, the room itself did not smell like dog and was clean. The front desk staff was friendly and it was easy to go to the front desk and ask for extra pillows and blankets if needed. The kitchen was stocked with a few things to cook with and glassware along with coffee and a coffee maker. The lobby has cold water available and hot coffee and tea throughout the day. Overall, I would stay there again. It was hassle free and parking was easy.

Too many people there at the pool that were not hotel guest but hotel staff family. Made it very uncomfortable as they were not caring who was in the pool and pushed a couple people into the water by their carelessness. Also the doors to get into the hotel with the hotel keys do no work so you always have to walk to the front office. Would recommend not staying here again.

The room was clean, quiet, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The area was safe and right off the FWY. One draw back was this huge hotel only had 2 elevators side by side so it was inconvenient to walk the extreme long hallways just to get the elevators. The breakfast was great and the staff was amazing. It has a nice pool and spa area, however, the spa was dirty and COLD so we were not able to use it. Would have been nice to know this beforehand. We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at the hotel to go swimiming and relax. We couldnt do that for either of the days we stayed. There was a very large party there with many people who were not even staying at the property. We watched from our room people entering from the back thru the gates that other people were opening for them. I will never stay at this hotel again. It was such a huge disappointment

I booked our reservation for 4 people and when we got there, there were only 3 sets of towels. I had to ask for another set. We took the suite that has one bedroom and a sofa bed. The mattress in the sofa bed was horrible. You could feel the springs. I wanted to complain and switch rooms, but my family said we’d just make it work. Then the hair dryer was broken! We checked in late night, and the front desk said I would have to wait till the next day to get a new one. I was irritated, but my family is so easy going, I let it be. Also, there’s a side door from the parking lot, that you should be able to go into with your room key, but it’s broken. There’s no sign to say the key card reader doesn’t work. We tried, and we saw so many people try, and watched them all walk away upset. The location has free parking, free breakfast, nice staff, and there are a lot of great restaurants in walking distance.

We’ve stayed here before last year with no problems on the 6th floor. But this time We stayed on the 2nd floor & there were roaches on the hallway walls. On our first night, a roach crawled out the wall onto the tub. The atmosphere has also changed & there are repetitive / limited breakfast options.

Hotel smells of burnt food, cigarettes, and animal urine. On the bright side we were able to check in early. We were here from out of town for a family event. We ended up returning to the hotel at 1:00am only to find a roach in the kitchen area. We immediately grabbed our things and got out of there. We notified the front desk. They were able to call the neighboring hotel and get our deposit waived. On the bright side we were given a full refund. I will not be returning to this hotel again.

The hotel was nice and clean. The Room AC was not working but they gave me a temporary AC machine on wheels initially noisy. The room was humid but at the end it was not so hot outside and the AC at minimum level would work. At least a discount for the issue would have been great ! But still all was good. Personnel was nice and kind

We've stayed at this property before and it's been a good experience every time. We had a studio with kitchen and living room. Very spacious and clean. The bed was comfy and the kitchen had the basics needed for the shirt stay. We used the gym, equipment was okay - functional but old. Cooked breakfast was available as well as oatmeal and cereals. Plenty of restaurants, shops and boba tea places within two minutes walking distance and close to freeway.

We were on the 4th floor next to a bagged off hallway with a plastic door which smelled awful. The door got stuck 80 percent of the time we had to lift the handle and shove the door to open. The light in the living room was out the ice machine in the freezer was broken. I have been here frequently in the last 5 years and this is the first time I was disappointed.

Upon arrival I was notified that the hotel was completely booked and they did not have a room available despite reserving a room - and a confirmation - a week prior. Further more the Front Desk staff and manager were horribly rude and unhelpful. They refused to answer the phone when my colleague was trying to call and help. On top of leaving me stranded and not helping me find other accommodations and THEY STILL CHARGED ME FOR A TWO NIGHT STAY. A pathetic excuse of hospitality. I travel internationally every single week and this has never happened to me before, by far the worst hotel - globally.

We had made a booking thru Expedia, when we arrived the hotel simply told us that THEY overbooked THEIR hotel hence there was no room available anymore for my colleagues and I, neither several others guests. Neither the staff nor the manager did provide any other comment or support or solution, absolutely nothing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone under any circumstances. Their attitude is unacceptable regardless of the reason of the overbooking. Never again.

My friend Cheryl booked this room for me. The front desk said they had no record of the reservation and was very rude. Angie was her name at the front desk. We gave her all of the information (confirmation number, Cheryl’s name, Cheryl showed her the confirmation with my name in it and I showed my passport. She told us to contact Hotel.com after 15 minutes. Cheryl called Hotel.com and they contacted Residents Inn. And Angie denied what we said. We went back later and there was another person at the front desk who couldn’t find the reservation (we gave Bechir’s last name but he finally found it with Bechir’s first name. They said the reservation was not under Hotel.com but Expedia. How was I supposed to know this? The worst experience!

The room was more than sufficient. It was roomy and having a full kitchen was extremely convenient. The grocery was just across the street. I was disappointed that there were roaches considering how clean everything else was. Another reason I rated on the lower side is they charged me $250 for a pet fee. I have a service animal and communicated this at checkin. I noticed the charge after my stay. When I called the property to report the mistake the attendant, Jenny, was not helpful. She gave me the run around and said she would write an email to the managers Maria and Larissa. This never happened and I am left with still no response. It has been a week and no resolution from this property. I will now have to escalate this in order to get my unnecessary charge of $250.00 returned. Very disappointed in how they are handling this issue.

Even though the breakfast was until 10 but most of the food us empty if you go after 9. 2. One of the elevators was out of order so the wait time was too high.

Convenient location, next to Dumbarton bridge and shopping area with restaurants and grocery stores. Well stocked breakfast and very clean. Enjoyed having a small kitchen area in my room with full sized refrigerator. This is my third time staying here, and am sure to stay again.

We stayed in a two bedroom suite and it was pleasantly big and clean.We were looking for a frying pan but they only had a sauce pan and a slightly larger pot. The rubbish can for the kitchen was a small size and can’t fit much in there. The complimentary breakfast wasn’t the greatest. There were no solid meats (sausage, bacon) being served until we checked out Monday morning. My son was so happy that they finally served meat…a sausage, egg and cheese bagel.

We've stayed at this property before and it's been a good experience every time. We had a studio with kitchen and living room. Very spacious and clean. The bed was comfy and the kitchen had the basics needed for the shirt stay. We used the gym, equipment was okay - functional but old. Cooked breakfast was available as well as oatmeal and cereals. Plenty of restaurants, shops and boba tea places within two minutes walking distance and close to freeway.

The hotel needs to renovate some of its furniture. The couch was old, worn and uncomfortable. The interior curtains were ripped. We had a 2 bedroom suite. 3 windows. All 3 windows had curtains with ripped holes in them. Also concerning: When we left to go for dinner, there were 4 chairs at the table. When we returned, there were 3. So, after we checked in, someone entered our suite to get a chair. This isn’t appropriate entry regulations. The beds were comfortable and access to the kitchenette was convenient. The overnight cost for this room is expensive. With the need for improvements in the room, the cost should be lower.

I hesitate to leave a review when my experience was not so great, but I try to be honest and objective. Our stay here had some good and some bad, so overall it was just okay. I'll start with the good. The room was spacious, more like a large studio apartment with a bit of separation between the bedroom and kitchen/sitting areas. We didn't request this, but our room was an "accessibility" room with features that would be helpful someone with accessibility issues. Thus, the bathroom was extra-large, as was the rest of the room (I don't know what the other, normal room were like). The space was nice. The large fridge and kitchen area was a huge plus and a big reason I choose this type of room. The bed and bedding was above average; very comfortable. But the overall impression of the room was worn. The carpet had light/dark spots as did some of the walls. It wasn't dirty, just well used. Additionally, the water temperature in the shower was randomly either scalding hot or ice cold, with no ability to choose which or adjust; it had a mind of its own. The water control in the sinks was fine, so this was something specific to the shower. I made a complaint the first day and was told they'd have it checked, but it was no different the second day. I reiterated my complaint at checkout and was told they'd credit me some awards points. Lastly, the breakfast was a nice perk. There was a limited selection, but it was nice to have.
