The room had great views and had wonderful amenities like a bathrobe and water bottle. Beach chairs, towels and bikes were readily available. The location was great, right across from the park and far enough away from the craziness of Waikiki, but close enough to walk there in a flash.

Broken floor tiles in room, dirty grout, place itself is nice location. View was fabulous. Front desk staff was nice. Elevator went out on last day of stay so had to walk up and down 8 flights but they offered to help with bags. Seems like they are trying with what they have but it was a lot to pay for the level of experience.

Loved the staff! The smell of the hotel lobby is amazing and everyone was very welcoming! Will definitely be staying here again!

Great location (near but not too close to Waikiki), wonderful staff, easy beach access and really nice views from the room
