We travel to different locations in West Michigan annually and we always stay at a Country Inn & Suites. Their facilities and amenities (free breakfast, clean rooms, and what you to be reasonably priced rooms) made it good for what we’d come to town for. This trip to this location has me rethinking where we’ll stay in the future. We arrived Thursday evening about 7:20, Juliette came from the back no greetings. I greeted her told her we were checking in, she checked us in no smiles, no thank you, enjoy your stay nothing just gave me the keys and our room number. We get in our room and discover the tv doesn’t work so I pick up the phone only to discover it doesn’t either. I go downstairs to inform someone at front desk but there’s a sign saying be right back. I wait, 10 minutes pass some guest(white) arrive look around they see sign but then here comes Juliette from the back. I inform her of issues in our room she says she’ll send someone up. An employee comes (19 minutes later) gets tv working says he’ll be back for phone When he returned I’m sitting on the bed, my cousin is about to change and I hear the door opening I yell hey wait a minute. When I told him it’s ok to come in now and I said hey walking in on 3 women unannounced could get you in trouble he said I knocked, he didn’t. This location needs to send their entire staff through hospitality and customer service training. Over 4 days we encountered many employees , only 1 (Stephanie) gave good customer service. RACIST?

Nice clean hotel with helpful staff. Location was perfect for our planned outings. Restaurants and shopping also close by. Breakfast was good and always kept full. We will stay here again.

Nice hotel located at a close proximity to major attractions including Meijer Gardens. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Continental breakfast was good with a variety of choices. No problem with the parking space.
