The rooms are very outdated and lots of damage with bad repairs or no repair. Ice box was so iced over you couldn't slide a piece of paper in it. You can hear the guests upstairs walking across the floor. The beds were uncomfortable and pillows very flat. The only good thing was bed sheets were clean and staff was kind.

I stayed three nights, Oct. 2–5, and paid $379.11. I had stayed here several years ago and was shocked by how much the property appears to have declined. Room 238 had serious cleanliness and maintenance issues: cobwebs, including one around the window containing 20+ dead bugs, dead insects on the walls and windowsill, a bathroom light fixture missing its cover, badly buckled carpet creating a trip hazard, a heavily stained desk chair, damaged curtain hardware, and a room phone with no dial tone. I have photos documenting these conditions. When I complained shortly after check-in, I was told the hotel was understaffed and rooms sometimes don't get as clean as they should. Noise was also a major problem all three nights. Large groups gathered around the property with loud talking, yelling, whistling across the parking lot, and slamming doors. One night I documented the disturbance from about 9:27 PM until at least 11:38 PM despite calling the front desk. The noise resumed around 6:30 AM on my checkout morning. There was also no ice bucket. When I asked for one, I was given a plastic garbage bag to carry ice. Some individual employees did try to help, and one promptly fixed my TV. My complaint is with the property's overall cleanliness, maintenance, noise management, and basic amenities. For $379.11, I expected far better. I will be filing a formal complaint and requesting a partial refund. I would not stay here again.

Based on an online search while traveling we found this hotel advertising for $70 rooms. When we went inside to inquire, we were told $154. Very friendly and helpful lady said they were nearly full because of seasonal migrants there. They had 1 queen bed that we took. We were told about all the features of free breakfast, wi-fi, etc. We opened the door and could not find a light switch. Fumbled around to a lamp and got it turned on. Thought about turning around and leaving then. There were 2 beds. The mattress on one bed was so saggy in the middle, it looked like an elephant must have lived on it. The other bed was on a platform of some sort. Tried to sleep in the saggy bed but literally woke up next to my wife on her side of the bed. At 3:42 am I got up and went to the other bed. At least it was flat. Not comfortable, but flat. The wall a/c unit looked like it had just recently been installed as the sheetrock repair was unfinished and the cord was dangling from the unit to the outlet. Speaking of outlets…, none to be found near the bed. Nor in the area around the TV cabinet. The lamp was plugged in by an extension cord and the tv took the other plug. So the only place to plug a charger in was the bathroom cabinet. The shower rod was barely hanging on due to screws protruding. Got up in the morning to get the free breakfast (6-9). Got there at 6:30 and guess what? No breakfast. They had already gone thru whatever was being served. Coffee almost gone. Bad experience for us.
