They don’t have any maintenance or cleaning staff after 5 pm. Just one front desk person. There was junk wiped on the walls in the bathroom.

There is no communication between staff and guests. I went out for a few hours and came back and the room was all tore up cause they wanted to put military style bed in room and there was no notice at at all. Had a room first night and tv wouldn't work. Contacted office and they said would get someone there right away to fix it. Hour and a half later still didn't haver anyone show up so went to office to complain about rates they charge and nothing worked and no one ever showed to look at it. Then they put me in a different room.

Front desk was very friendly. I got put in a room that was freshly painted. I couldn’t stay in it due to the fumes. She moved me with no ease.

The beds were pretty hard. The biggest problem for us was that although some rooms are no smoking, nothing stops smokers from smoking just outside your room. The weather was very hot and we had to choose between sweating to death and having cigarette smoke sucked into the room since the AC is a window unit. Coffee was unpalatable.
