Room was nice and clean Bed is very comfy. ‘bathroom showing its age a little .Couldn’t fault the staff excellent service and plenty of parking. Nice and close to Arbroath and Dundee

For some reason it had a bit of a dormitory feel to it. Everything was a bit old and one of the mattresses was bowed. It is so cheap though. It’s clean and the front desk staff was great. If you just need an inexpensive spot this is the place to go. No breakfast except a brown sack thing. We just went to Costa across the parking lot.
