For the $ paid it was not clean.

Rust on the ceiling in the bathroom. A little dirty. Fan didn’t work very well. TV would go off and on.

The room wasn't very clean, floors were dirty, needed to be swept. Refrigerator was moldy. The continental breakfast consisted of bread to make toast and 2 cereal options.

Clean and comfortable rooms.

The hotel is old, but the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was...well...not breakfast. A few sweet rolls from a box, cold cereal and milk, and over ripe bananas....but the staff is very friendly...not a bad stay.

The room had a very musty smell to it, and it was very hard to get rid of it. The room wasn't very clean----dried pee on the toilet, and the floor was not clean---walking barefoot, you could stop on many things on the floor. We've stayed at Super 8's before, but this experience was probably our worst.

The service and cleanliness were very good. The breakfast was below average. It was a good stay for the price.

As the only place to stay within a decent budget and close to where I needed to be for work, this place was really decent. Everything was pretty clean - I think someone had left a used kleenex on the back of the door that housekeeping maybe forgot or just missed, but otherwise everything else was spotless. I was able to check in a little early also, with no problem. The only thing that was not great wasn't the property's problem. There was construction going on right next to the place that was annoying in the evening, but stopped well before dark so I was able to sleep peacefully. If ever I need to be in the area again and need a place to stay, I will come back here.

The motel was ok. there was a smell of old food cooking. Went to take a shower the shower did not work and old people in their 70s do not get down into a tub. When we went to report it there was no one around and the phone we were supposed to use if staff wasn't around just gave us a busy signal. We had to leave so couldn't stand around until someone showed up.

Breakfast offerings were only pastries and cereal and that was disappointing. The coffee was good. The A/C unit was loud and kept us up most of the night.

Desk staff was very helpful and friendly. We arrived quite late and had to help a handicapped member of our party get his scooter into the building and to his room. Front desk guy helped us find a place to deliver food to our rooms. When we were ready to checkout very early our last day, we woke him up to turn in our key cards, but he was still very accommodating and helpful. Clean rooms, comfy beds, and they even tidied our room while we were out.

This hotel has seen better days. Curtains have spots that light comes through. Bedspread had a large stain on it. Blanket had what appears to be a cigarette hole. And the front desk isn’t manned.

Beds are as comfortable as at any Wyndham in a big city. There is no noise from any other room or outside.

It was very quiet due to the off season time and the staff was very helpful. They let us keep our bikes in our room so we didn't have to load them on our vehicle each time. Perry is a trailhead where two bike trails meet so it was great to just ride to the room, relax and start another trail the next day. We had a little trouble with our room key but that was minor. If we head back to the Raccoon River Valley Trail or High Trestle Bridge Trail, we'll check out the Super 8 again!

Ot took 15 min to check in even though i had booked online and when we can back that evening the attendant was sleeping on the couch in the lobby. The toilet ran all the time and breakfast was no more than coffee and cold cereal. Cant believe i paid almost $200.00 for our stay. This was the second time we stayed at a Super 8 in Iowa and both were terrible

I normally HATE giving bad reviews. I will look into as much good to pawn off to give a good review. This one didn't have one. The quote, "You get what you paid for" comes to mind here. The bed wasn't sure if it wanted to sink you fully in from where your sitting, or be so hard and firm it hurt to sleep on. The shower, oh boy, was disgusting. Let me explain this quick. Went to turn on heat bulb, no luck even the timer was broken. The water has 3 functions, hot, warm, or ice cold. There was no in between. Then the HANDLE fell off into my hand... I was not happy. I started slipping on their "Slip proof" tub floor. Grab the handicap handle in there. IT MOVED! The handicap handle was NOT in a stud and acted like it was just glued on the shower wall. The drain was completely covered in rust and the shower head was covered in lime. On top of all these problems the bathroom is SMALLER then any hotel I stayed at. You could barely shut the door (It swung in instead of out). Lets talk upon entry and walking out. Walking in the person wasn't at the desk during check in times. There's a sign that says use the phone if they aren't there. It took him forever to answer the phone and then took just as long for him to come out. No smoking hotel ok not a problem, that's normal for a hotel, but then he goes into a whole explanation of rules. One including no cooking. Like that's sad, you have a board on the wall with all the rules behind you, point to that instead.

I didn’t check in and they 168.02 dollars I told them refund my money and they didn’t so am even planning to take them to court…

I was in town for the BRR ride, paid a premium for the room based on availability, got the suite, nice and clean…and I checked for hitchhikers before settling in…trust me. The continental breakfast was lacking, but the coffee was hot…a bowl of cereal and a banana on the way out. I’ve had worse motel experiences. This was not bad. Would stay here again if the rate was a bit lower…I’d definitely compare pricing with the downtown hotel first.

If you just want a place to sleep it’s not bad but there was like zero breakfast food that was included and some creepy guy that lives there walking and smoking around at all hours. Didn’t feel the safest

Staff was friendly and helpful. Place was painted to dark, not enough lights in the rooms or hallways. Very dim lighting . No freebees and a very poor assortment of breakfast. No morning staff. What and where staff was there , they were very helpful . The motel was nothing to write home about. Over priced.

Room was clean. Smelled nice. Pets not allowed...a plus for us. Front desk staff very friendly. Breakfast VERY continental...but adequate for our needs. But, as in most hotels, sometimes the second person would like seating that is not the bed...like another chair. Pleasant stay

It was not the best place to stay. It was fine but there was nothing exceptional about it. The toilet was very slow to refill so we had to use the ice bucket to add water so we could flush the toilet. Minimal amenities like soap or shampoo. We didn’t eat the breakfast but from what I saw it was cereal and toast.
