It is really comfortable in the room, and smells nice in reception entrance, but being a wheelchair user I had to go through the back and up a slight slope to get into reception. The ramp to then get down is really small so my chair didn’t quite fit, the lifts are also really small. The chair just fitted in and my partner had to leave the bags on top of me so he fitted in too. Apart from that it’s really good.

The location was perfect for a short to Rock City but hotel is far from perfect. Advertised as having a restaurant ... it does not. Car park only has 11 spaces. Rooms were very noisy. Fire alarm went of 3 times durinng the night and lift packed up.Arrived home totally shattered after a 2 night stay here.

I was disappointed by the room. The beds were uncomfortable and so were the pillows. The windows were not closing properly so we had air coming in and lots of noise. The sheets were tired and some had stains. The bathroom was nice and clean but the door would really use some repares. It was really not the kind of room I was expected from a supposed 4 stars hotel. It was a 2, 3 at most stars hoetl for me. As for the breakfast, it was nice but again not worth 4 stars at all. In the end, the staff was the only thing that saved the night. To them, I say thanks again.

I was in one of the newly refurbished rooms on the 5th floor and it was very nice. The carpet in the bedroom was wet however by the bathroom door. Also the noise from the street below was very loud. Lovely toiletries, very comfy bed and good tv. Shame they don't do food but a quick walk to the shops.

Dad and I booked two rooms for two nights as we were attending a show at the Theatre Royal. Overall the rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel is a stones throw away from the theatre. The showers were easy to use (buttons) and the complimentary bottled water, biscuits, tea and coffee was a bice touch. The beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of choice at breakfast. The staff were very friendly and polite.

We had a great stay in the Best Western Plus Nottingham City Centre hotel. It doesn't look particularly special from the outside but inside we had a warm welcome in a large comfortable lobby. Our room was large with all facilities you could want. The bed was very comfortable anf the ensuite was equally spacious with a large walk in shower, one of the best I've come across. The breakfast is part of the room price and is self service and good. The staff wete friendly and helpful. I would recommend thos hotel.

I chose this hotel as it was reasonably priced and had air conditioning. However there was no aircon in the room. I thought it was broken but when i informed the reception i was told that the system had been turned from aircon to heating. This caused a very uncomfortable nights sleep.

Just stayed the 1 night for a visit to Rockcity. Good points are helpful staff and great location. The room was large but badly in need of a revamp. One window was broken and unable to open or latch shut. Bathroom door was fraying. Air con sounded like a jet engine and did nothing. Apparently the building is getting done up soon.

The hotel has a very central location which gives pros and cons. Our room was on the first floor at the front, which meant it was very noisy from trams (the glass shelves noisily shook each time) and late night revellers. The room was also very cold, despite aircon being on to a high temp. It had warmed up by the morning! Maybe a positive for a summer stay. Bed was very nice and comfortable and the room a good size. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially with our car & parking.

Fire alarm went of 3 times durinng the night and lift packed up.Arrived home totally shattered after a 2 night stay here.

The location was perfect for a short to Rock City but hotel is far from perfect. Advertised as having a restaurant ... it does not. Car park only has 11 spaces. Rooms were very noisy. Good location for easy walk to ciry centre theatres and restaurants. Not many onsite parking places but plenty of other carparks mear by. Clean and tidy room. Good choice fpr breakfast

Location of the hotel is great, however, no dining options other than breakfast available and room very tired looking and very basic .. ok for a night, but wouldn’t want to stay any longer.. all round very average , tired looking hotel, but pleasant.

Only an overnight stay but well located, comfortable with good facilities. The breakfast was also good and I found the "linear buffet" arrangement a very good alternative to the breakfast shuffle ballet that you get in many other places.

Overall a good experience. Hotel in the centre of the town, near to theatre and shops. Enjoyed breakfast, all staff pleasant and helpful. Bedroom good although bed was a little uncomfortable.

Well placed hotel in Nottingham, large room (with good view), great shower and brill smart TV! Breakfast was also good (just the coffee machine could be better!)

Dad and I booked two rooms for two nights as we were attending a show at the Theatre Royal. Overall the rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel is a stones throw away from the theatre. The showers were easy to use (buttons) and the complimentary bottled water, biscuits, tea and coffee was a bice touch. The beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of choice at breakfast. The staff were very friendly and polite.

I only stayed there on Saturday when I arrive staff were very helpful, but when I walked into my room I was pretty disappointed to find two single bats pushed into a double and the mattress was not very comfortable at all didn’t sleep too well because of the mattress also every time I got into the bed the bed squeak as it was very old and outdated which I was not too happy about the hotel is in a good area very close to the town centre but probably think hotel need to invest into some more mattresses and double beds as they said what were in the room also forgot to add that when I arrived it did say at car park space I drove into the car park space and they have been all taken which was disappointing then give Me a voucher to go and stay in a different car park never really write these reviews. This is just how why I’ve seen it Also if the hotel just see this just update your mattresses I really did have a well on comfy sleep as a couple of weeks ago. I did stay in the Leonardo hotel and slept fine. It was very clean and tidy. Probably would return to that one instead of this one.
