The room was great, every staff member I came into contact with was helpful, highly competent and friendly. But...on departure, I tried to take the elevator, but it didn't work. Several other travelers were in the same boat. We stood around waiting, and I went to the front desk to tell them. They already knew--BUT NOBODY THOUGHT TO PUT A SIGN ON THE ELEVATOR DOOR. So we stood there like idiots for ten minutes. If I hadn't asked, it would have been 20. When I tried several hours later, it was still broken. But they'd finally put up a sign. Too little too late. I asked about stairs. No stairs to the parking garage--I had to walk down the exit to get there, and it wasn't the safest thing to do. Then, when I tried to exit, the gate refused to recognize my key, even though it was an hour earlier than I was told it would expire. I pressed the '"help" button. Nothing happened. Finally, since my disabled wife was waiting for me in the lobby, I shoved the gate up high enough so I could get out. I told the manager on duty what I'd done, and gave him my name and phone number. If someone attempts to give me a hard time about it, I'll be happy to complain about it on Facebook. I hope I don't need to. Finally--no room service??? What's the deal with THAT? You have to order takeout from the restaurant--and they evidently don't answer their phone, so you have to go back down in person to order. Not good Aside from that, great stay

The room was clean and had amazing views. The location was perfect as we walked to dinner and to the Riverlink ferry to go to our concert. Check in was perfect as we were checked in by a very helpful agent. The bar was lively and the bartender was friendly and accommodating. A free coffee station in the lobby would have made this trip perfect, but we were able to purchase some at the little coffee shop in the lobby.

My hotel room was never properly cleaned. We had a ice buck with no plastic in it. Our used towels were not removed. They did not clean the beds or tables in the room. I reported this to the front desk. They did not remove the used towels. The room was awful.
