We had an unbelievable time on our trip. The cabin was beautiful, clean, and well kept. The hot tub was awesome and the amenities were great. We played pool and air hockey and they also had games to play. The drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg was reasonable and they had plenty of dumpsters for trash. We would totally book Beary Cozy again!

This cabin was amazing from the first steps into the door! The pictures do it absolutely no justice....it is absolutely beautiful! The whole place was very spacious...we never once felt like we were on top of one another. It was very, very clean! Honestly, this cabin was the cleanest out of anywhere we have ever stayed!! Also very well stocked! It truly had everything you need...including a crockpot!!! The porch and hot tub were great for relaxing and the kids loved the pool table and air hockey! It is also a bonus that you have 3 parking spaces right outside the cabin and there is only 2-3 steps you need to walk up! I love that this cabin was tucked away and made you feel like you were in the middle of no where, yet you could drive 15 min down the road and you had everything you need! The only things that we werent particularly a fan of was the TV being above the fireplace....it made it difficult to get comfy for movie nights because of having to look up the whole time....and it is a bit of a drive to drop the garbage off....but, it definitely isn't a deal breaker! We absolutely will visit again!!!!

Excellent place to stay! Owners are great with communication. The cabin was spotless and extremely clean. We had family that stopped by to visit one evening, and they too commented how clean the place was. Place was exactly as described. Easy access to the cabin off the main roads, but far enough out to feel the private stay the mountains provide. The cabin felt very safe, and we loved how lit up the parking area and steps to the porch were at night. We really liked how the cabin had reserved parking spaces too. Would recommend this cabin to anyone looking to stay in this area.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The cabin was conveniently located too many places in Sevierville. We also loved that the cabins were nestled in the woods with plenty of space in between, which gave us the feeling of being all alone in the mountains. The cabin was very clean. We loved having the air hockey table, pool table, and hot tub for entertainment. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others.

Location was perfect! Parking spots are right next to the door. Loved the porch! There’s something magical about being up in the trees amongst nature. We all (especially the kiddos) enjoyed the pool table, air hockey, and hot tub! Well appointed kitchen with all the basics you need. Close drive to all the attractions and dining the area has to offer! Would definitely recommend staying here with your crew! Thank you for giving us a great place to call home for a few days!

lovely cabin. I love the fact that the resort is secluded but you have neighboring cabins all around. It's a short drive to Winfield Dunn parkway where you will find many places to eat and shop. The cabin was decorated for Christmas which was a nice added touch. We really enjoyed out stay. The Game room and Hot Tub kept the family entertained.

Wonderful cabin with a view. Quick responses for any question. Cozy cabin with a hot tub. Cool loft room/game room to make memories. My 10 year old enjoyed his birthday weekend. Far enough to be peaceful close enough to every attraction.

All Positive things to say here..... owner was fantastic to deal with and even helpful when we messed up and showed up to early to check in. Was able to give great recommendations on a few places to check out close to us for the night. The cabin was super warm and inviting/cozy. The hot tub was a huge hit with the whole family. My kids loved the loft space and air hockey table.Online listing was honest and thorough. In the words of my 7 & 6 year olds this place is a 100 out of 10 AMAZING!!!!but really a all around great experience and would highly recommend staying.

We really enjoyed our stay and my boys especially loved the pool table, air hockey and hot tub. The cabin with very clean and spacious. The beds were all really comfortable. We also loved the porch. The location was great and was an easy drive into Pigeon Forge. I would definitely recommend this property.

Place is beautiful in and out but it sure was lacking on cleanliness. Coffee maker still had old used coffee grounds in the filter and was turning fuzzy. After a good cleaning I realized there was also coffee grounds in between the filter holder and the rest where it sits. Had to quickly wash all the towels and rags as they We’re still damp. Probably should have washed the sheets and pillows but I only brought so many tide pods. Anything else was just corner dust and and just lazy cleaning by whomever is paid to do so.

Rooms and property were clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was great and they even warned us about some more severe weather in the area. Towels, bedding and pillows were clean. Instructions for check out and trash were clear.

The house was clean and certainly comfortable. I sent an e mail on thursday mornin i got a very prompt response and given the choice of when the situation would or could be handled. Had quite a time finding place to dump the trash but did. We enjoyed our stay.

This cabin was tue perfect fit for our family of 4. Everyone enjoyed having their own room with super comfy beds. The kids could not get enough of th3 air hockey table, and we spent plenty of quality family time playing upstairs. From decoration to space to cleanliness, this cabin hit all the marks. We absolutely loved it.

We had a wonderful stay! The cabin is beautiful and spacious. We especially enjoyed drinking our coffee out on the porch in the mornings. We didn't have any issues and the owners communicated well! We hope to stay there again!

The cabin was absolutely gorgeous. It had all you need to stay there very comfortably! Very quiet for a peaceful getaway & plenty of room for 6 or more. Very close to all you could possibly want to do while in the Gatlinburg/pigeon forge area. We loved it & would definitely book this cabin when we go back!

We had a great time at Bear Cozy. It comfortably accommodated 6 adults, 1 child and a infant. The cabin was clean and stocked with all the essentials. Check in/check out was a breeze. If I had to complain about anything, it would be that the cabin only had Roku tv so it did not have all of the sport channels my family usually watches and we did not have cell phone service (Verizon). However, we were able to connect our phones to the cabins Wi-Fi and receive text messages, just unable to call out but that is no fault to the owner. Overall still a 5 star stay 😊

We ran into some difficulty with unexpected ice on the roads, but the owners were extremely helpful and were sure to reach out to us with all the information they could give us early on into our trip to make things much easier on us. We had two couples and 3 kids (5,11 & 12). We all fit comfortably in the cabin and felt right at home upon arrival. The beds were super comfortable-- especially the pillows. Also, the kitchenware is up to date and plentiful. We had to cook many of our meals at the cabin due to special dietary needs, and we had everything needed and in good condition to do so.

The owners communicated well. The place was exactly as described. The home is very well stocked with everything you need for cooking in the kitchen. We were able to get in a little early so that was a bonus for us. We will stay again if we come back to that area.

2nd time we've stayed in this cabin and it was fantastic! Great location, super clean and nice amenities. Hosts were easy to communicate with!

Excellent place to stay! Owners are great with communication. The cabin was spotless and extremely clean. We had family that stopped by to visit one evening, and they too commented how clean the place was. Place was exactly as described. Easy access to the cabin off the main roads, but far enough out to feel the private stay the mountains provide. The cabin felt very safe, and we loved how lit up the parking area and steps to the porch were at night. We really liked how the cabin had reserved parking spaces too. Would recommend this cabin to anyone looking to stay in this area.

Rooms and property were clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was great and they even warned us about some more severe weather in the area. Towels, bedding and pillows were clean. Instructions for check out and trash were clear.

We had a great vacation at the Beary Cozy cabin. We immediately felt at home there and would definitely recommend it to anyone else wanting to visit the Smoky Mountains! James was an excellent host and was so good about communicating with us and keeping us up to date on our stay!

All Positive things to say here..... owner was fantastic to deal with and even helpful when we messed up and showed up to early to check in. Was able to give great recommendations on a few places to check out close to us for the night. The cabin was super warm and inviting/cozy. The hot tub was a huge hit with the whole family. My kids loved the loft space and air hockey table.Online listing was honest and thorough. In the words of my 7 & 6 year olds this place is a 100 out of 10 AMAZING!!!!but really a all around great experience and would highly recommend staying.

We headed up to Sevierville for a cheer competition and spent some time in the area and Dollywood. The location was perfect! Very convenient and no more then 15-30 minutes from the Convention center, pigeon forge and all the fun attractions!! The cabin was clean, cozy and exactly as it is portrayed on the site! We will definitely return when we come back!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The cabin was conveniently located too many places in Sevierville. We also loved that the cabins were nestled in the woods with plenty of space in between, which gave us the feeling of being all alone in the mountains. The cabin was very clean. We loved having the air hockey table, pool table, and hot tub for entertainment. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others.

This is such a lovely cabin, in a great place! We were very close to the convention center where we were attending a conference so the drive was very convenient. It was very cozy and a great place to relax! We loved staying here and highly recommend it!

Location was perfect! Parking spots are right next to the door. Loved the porch! There’s something magical about being up in the trees amongst nature. We all (especially the kiddos) enjoyed the pool table, air hockey, and hot tub! Well appointed kitchen with all the basics you need. Close drive to all the attractions and dining the area has to offer! Would definitely recommend staying here with your crew! Thank you for giving us a great place to call home for a few days!

lovely cabin. I love the fact that the resort is secluded but you have neighboring cabins all around. It's a short drive to Winfield Dunn parkway where you will find many places to eat and shop. The cabin was decorated for Christmas which was a nice added touch. We really enjoyed out stay. The Game room and Hot Tub kept the family entertained.

I am not sure if the cleaning company cleaned the hardwood floor from the previous guest stay. I had to clean an area on the kitchener floor that had a water spill and the cloth used to wipe up the water was pretty dirty. Overall an excellent place to stay.

Our stay at the Beary Cozy cabin was great! It was nice and quiet and super clean and cozy. We all loved the game room and hot tub! Communication with the host was great and it was an overall fantastic experience!!

I would have liked to have shampoo and conditioner available as well as laundry detergent as there were instructions with regards to using the laundry. Hot tub there was an over bearing smell of moth balls - which we eventually found and moved while we were using the hot tub.

We really enjoyed this cabin. The porch was a perfect place to listen to birds. It was far enough from the downtown but close enough to get where we wanted to go. The hot tub was great
