There were spiders crawling around in the room, the bed was incredibly hard and very uncomfortable. In order to get the bathroom door to shut completely, you had to slam it shut. The kitchen was not fully stocked, you had to ask for anything and everything that you needed … from pans to spatulas to utensils. There were also no ice machines at the hotel.

The property staff were friendly and accommodating — no complaints there. However, the condition of the hotel building left much to be desired. There were noticeable stains on the carpet (possibly blood or wine), and many of the stairwell doors didn’t close properly, leading to loud slamming noises throughout the night. A strong, musky odor greeted us upon entering the room, which was unpleasant. Overall, the hotel is in need of significant renovation and general upkeep.

Great Customer Service at the desk. She was very knowledgeable and informational. My room was magnificent, clean and roomy. Great lightening in the parking area. Nice simple breakfast and reasonable price! Definitely will stay again!

Bar far the worst hotel we have stayed and made worse by how much we paid. Hotel smelled bad the second we walked into front desk. Creepy men in parking lot and 1st floor of hotel..felt unsafe for me and my kids. Room smelled horrid (smoke and animals), carpet stains everywhere. Bathroom in room was filthy. They advertise breakfast in am and when I asked to cerify its coffe and to go muffins. We left asap and expedia helped get our money refunded for the night and we stayed somewhere else.

Room was well appointed but definately dated. The landscaping is in need of upkeep. The property allows pets and there is alot of dog poop in the grass around the hotel and the poop barrel was full and overflowing. Cigarette butts all over the ground outside of each door. It seems that the staff stopped caring and the property shows.

It smelled, there was short black hair all over the shower walls and all over the bathroom floor, the room was way too hot and muggy even with the ac on, and the shower felt like bullets on my skin because the preassure was so hard it hurt. The only thing i liked about this place was the front desk staff. They were super nice and super understanding.

It was oblivious that our room had not been cleaned or vacuumed. There were still several crumbs on the counter, crushed up chips on the floor, sticky cup rings left in the end tables, and that was just the bed area. The bathroom still had hair in the tub, brown rings in the toilet and specks of unrecognizable substance on the back of the door and walll in the bathroom. My feet were black from walking from the bathroom to the bed…

I did not like this property because it claims to be smoke free, but it only smelled of cigarette smoke in the hall, and then the room was not clean at all. My husband and I took one look around the room, and completely left, checked out.. and got a room elsewhere. Completely disappointed that this is presented as a nice place to stay online, but it is completely terrible in person. Had to spend days trying to get my money refunded, it finally was but it shouldn’t have taken that long to fight for it because the property is just not up to par. They can’t expect people to stay there once they see the conditions. I have 3 little children and I refuse to just have them sitting in a building that reeks of cigarettes.

hotel is completely outdated. smells, did not get the room I reserved. grab and go breakfast was horrible. room was dirty. shower was gross. sink didn't drain. bathtub had black spots all over. bathroom fan sounded like a train. sheets were scratchy. freezer didn't keep food frozen. tv had a blue hue. furniture was damaged

Room was clean and I loved the layout! We were upgraded as I didin't originally know my daughter would also be staying, so the room needed linens for the pull out couch but the problem was promptly addressed. The only real problem was the room was really hot for our tastes and the heater, though we turned it down to 58, was still a bit warm. I think that may have been because the weather had been unseasonably warm recently, so many businesses probably had that issue in Ohio. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

The sheets had not been changed, but they did give us a new set. There was hair in the shower. No coffee maker in the room. It would be hard to call it breakfast. Granola bars with sugar, coffee, sugary oatmeal packets, and tiny sugary packaged muffins. Great meal if you like sugar. At least the room was quiet.

We had a great time visiting. the room was comfortable and had almost everything we needed. dishes and kitchen items were available on request, but it would have been nice if they had included automatic dishwasher pods or similar since there was an automatic dishwasher in the room. will probably be back next year :)

You get what you pay for in a 2.5 rated hotel. Didn't get the double queen I reserved, instead got a King with a double sofa. The sofa bed if course was very uncomfortable. No stopper in the bathroom sink, the room had an odor. The walls were crumbling in the corners- very outdated

This was probably the worst place we’ve ever stayed. The ad for this hotel says smoke free but it definitely is not. The rooms and halls reeked of smoke and just overall dirtiness. The rooms were not clean and some of the door locks were removed. The people beside us had their music playing very loud and were talking very loudly. If I could give this place zero stars I would. We left after two hours because we did not feel safe and it was not clean. When we requested a refund the lady at the front desk was very rigid and rude and denied a refund of any kind. I would not recommend for girls travelling alone to stay here… or to be honest anyone. It was terrible.

Reception was not very warm. Found dirty towels hanging on back of bathroom door and under the sink. Asked for a coffee maker but one never became available. Repair needed on table trim as well. Like this location but definitely trending down.

So, this is a fairly run down property. The room had a strange odor, and the cable TV did not work until I fixed it after borrowing a screwdriver from the (friendly) front desk. The hallways had bits of debris scattered about. The advertised 'breakfast' consisted of granola bars, pre-packaged muffins, & oatmeal packets. I understand this is an extended stay but how can you prepare oatmeal if your room has no utensils? Friendly front desk but otherwise not a place I will stay in during my next visit to Dayton.

It's been our 31st day travelling and we've seen many hotels but this one was the worst by far. The stained sheet got replaced although we had to put it on ourselves but the smell in the room is overwhelming - I could not wait to get out. It would be better if we slept in a car! I do not know what the smell is and I did not notice it at first but despite open windows the smell was creeping on me. I didn't sleep well and started feeling nauseous by the morning. It all disappeared when we got out. Also the breakfast had a few muffins and instant oatmeal and hot water. Not even coffee when we were out fro breakfast.

The sheets had not been changed, but they did give us a new set. There was hair in the shower. No coffee maker in the room. It would be hard to call it breakfast. Granola bars with sugar, coffee, sugary oatmeal packets, and tiny sugary packaged muffins. Great meal if you like sugar. At least the room was quiet.

We had a great time visiting. the room was comfortable and had almost everything we needed. dishes and kitchen items were available on request, but it would have been nice if they had included automatic dishwasher pods or similar since there was an automatic dishwasher in the room. will probably be back next year :)

So, this is a fairly run down property. The room had a strange odor, and the cable TV did not work until I fixed it after borrowing a screwdriver from the (friendly) front desk. The hallways had bits of debris scattered about. The advertised 'breakfast' consisted of granola bars, pre-packaged muffins, & oatmeal packets. I understand this is an extended stay but how can you prepare oatmeal if your room has no utensils? Friendly front desk but otherwise not a place I will stay in during my next visit to Dayton.

Great Customer Service at the desk. She was very knowledgeable and informational. My room was magnificent, clean and roomy. Great lightening in the parking area. Nice simple breakfast and reasonable price! Definitely will stay again!

Bar far the worst hotel we have stayed and made worse by how much we paid. Hotel smelled bad the second we walked into front desk. Creepy men in parking lot and 1st floor of hotel..felt unsafe for me and my kids. Room smelled horrid (smoke and animals), carpet stains everywhere. Bathroom in room was filthy. Not a good experience at all for many reasons: At a "extended stay" hotel, one would expect the bare minimums. 1. No hot water our entire stay-front desk told us after we complained something was broken the day BEFORE we came. They did not tell us at check in that there was a problem. 2. No water, no ice machine,No ice tray in the fridge 4. Full kitchen, but no utensils or plates 5. No paper towels, napkins, or hand towels for kitchen 6. Toilet wouldn't flush properly 7. TV remote had to be right next to the TV and long press buttons to even work, TV was hardly responsive 8. No numbers anywhere to contact front desk for help. Phone in room not operating. 9. Do not be fooled by "breakfast included" it was just coffee, hot water, a few oatmeal packets, and breakfast bars. No fresh water, no non caffeinated options, I picked a place purposely that said free breakfast so I can feed my almost 2 year old, and there was nothing he could eat or drink available other than oatmeal, so we had to leave to find him something he could drink. 10. Our feet were black from dirt on the floor in the room 11. After I asked for dishes, there was no dish soap to wash them after. 12. Only two chairs bar top in the kitchen and 1 office chair, no other chairs for the table for 6 person room we booked 13. Opened up the sofa bed,it had crumbs all over the mattress 14. The elevator smelled like weed our entire stay and near lobby I would not stay here again.
