Breakfast was advertised but is very minimal. Needs to be disclosed as such. No trash cans in room. No elevators. Not handicapped accessible.

Great location. Room itself was very clean, though bathroom needed maintenance where wallboard was cracking around tub.i would say it was a great deal. Quiet, plentiful easy parking. No elevator, but stairs to 3rd floor are easily accessible. To know: while the room has a frig and stove, you have to ask for pots and pans, there are no sponges or paper towels.. Not even a sink stopper. We had planned to fully cook during our stay, so it did not quite meet our expectations, but the room is large enough, everything seems quite nice, a/c worked well. Would stay again, but would be more prepared.

No ice machines, no cups, kitchen but not utensils or dishware, smoke detector chirped intermittently … ok stay … supposed to be a “grab and go” breakfast but only coffee

I wasn’t a fan of the smell but the hotel is kept up well for a more budget friendly properties. No deposit easy check in,friendly staff and relatively clean considering.they have laundromat,vending machines and kitchens,If your stay here at a extended stay it’s for one major reason and that’s because it’s well below a traditional hotels discounted nightly rates not the amenities and ambiance.Other similar properties are in much less desirable parts of town and this location is a very quiet and located in a safe upscale county just 15 min for downtown. Bring your own towels and your own pillow wouldn’t be an awful idea as well.I stayed at a hotel last night with 100 incidentals deposit this was half that with no deposit.

WiFi was almost completely unusable, would work for like 5 minutes then completely stop. Made staying at a place to be able to work at on the road pointless.

It’s overall quiet . No one bothers you. I haven’t seen any bugs . For the most part the staff are friendly and accommodating . I get aggravated having to constantly get my key reactivated . I can stay a week get a key and by that night it’s not working . Get it fixed by the next night it’s stopped working again. Two of the 4 dryers have been out of order for awhile now. The grab and go breakfast they advertise no longer exist . The coffee at 6 am this past week has barely been warm . They are undergoing a name change and the prices seem to be going up with lesss and less available .

On the good side: This place is cheap and convenient. They have a low pet fee and no size restrictions, and they have good space for letting your dog exercise on a long lead. The room was large, and I love having a full kitchen. On the bad side: the bathroom sink actually pulled off the wall (!!!), I couldn't figure out how to make the shower work, and the locks for the external doors never wanted to accept my key cards. Oh, and I actually got propositioned in the hallway! So don't expect 5-star accommodations. Know what you're looking for!

My overnight stay at Brentwood Studio Plus in Nashville,TN was horrible!!! Most of the pictures online are deceptive. The entrance way & lobby is nasty looking and has a slight smell...looks NOTHING like the online photos. The rooms are very very very out dated. The toilet was not stable. And worst of all there is NO ELEVATOR!!! If your room is upstairs, be prepared to climb a narrow stairway with all your belongings. The kitchen in the room is a waste....no utensils, no cookware. You can bring your on cookware but be prepared to climb up and down stairs with even more things. This is not a hotel it is more of an extended stay for someone that needs temporary housing, and i do mean "temporary". We traveled over 4 hours to attend a graduation and could only go by the photos online. Even the employee couldn't explain the difference of the pictures from the actual place. Ofcourse you don't see the place until you arrive but at that point they will say there is no refund because you didn't cancel 24 hours before check in time. We were Not comfortable leaving our belongings in the room, every time we left out we also took our bags with us! I would not recommend this place when visiting the Nashville, TN area and i would never stay there again. Buyer beware!!

I ended up checking out early due to how nasty the room was....Not only was the room terrible cleaned but the couch that they give u as a extra laying or sitting space had mold growing on it.... When I said something about it they tried to change rooms and that couch plus 1 they tried to bring in my room had mold on it to.... It was clear they don't check everything nor clean or wipe down there furniture after people leave.... I was highly disappointed....

Great stay, very clean, and really nice staff. Rooms are more than adequate in size and the price is even better. Thumbs up

We did not stay the night as we had planned. Our room was disgusting. Bugs, stains, dirt… you name it we had it. At least I’ll be getting a refund.

The room was clean, but the rest of the facility was not so good. The hallway floors were full of dirt and trash.

The room had a bad musty smell to it. The bathroom looked clean but there were a few dirty rags hanging from the shower pole. The smell was so bad that we wpmt be going back to this hotel

Hallways were dirty, no machine, paint speckles all over the floor, thought it was dirty. 1 pillow, to get the cable on the tv was a joke. Says smoke free smelled like pot

Blood on sheets, nasty stains on walls. Staff was kind, but also gave us the keys to the wrong rooms. Would not stay again.

Easy check in. Very bare bones facility, which was fine bc I wasn’t there much. The upstairs neighbors seemed to be making a lot of noise all night the entire time, so maybe the floor above was squeaky? Nothing special, but fine location and easy to navigate the area & access Nashville. Pillows were comfy!

Spacious and affordable. 15 minutes from Nashville. Full kitchen. Comfortable bed. The only odd thing was there were no garbage cans anywhere in the room. Not the bathroom or main space.

The was a clean room, friendly staff, and great, safe location (in an area with office parks and multi-million dollar homes and estates. The room was comfortable. There was a rowdy group upstairs at midnight, but a call to the front desk took care of that within 15 minutes. Very happy and we're going to be back next weekend. I can recommend 223. It's at the end of the hall and is HUGE.

We had a great stay. Room was clean when we weren't expecting it. If it wasn't for the stove being broken, it would have been all I could have asked. Thanks for jumping in action so I could cook!

This is an older property, so it's a bit dated. It had a full size fridge, and a four burner stove. The room was small but functional. I only stayed one night but I could see staying longer.

I was grateful for the kitchen set-up. I needed to bake a few things during my travels and having a stove and oven in the room was GRAND. The linens were clean and neatly dresses on the bed. There was a good amount of lighting as well as a window that I could open for fresh air. Nice space, for the cost!

Perfect stay with no issues. Everyone at the desk was very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

I couldn't check in because no one was manning the front desk

After threatening to call the police on me the time before when I actually did have a reservation under different name, then booking a second one hastily at their insistence, I supposedly was able to get the 2nd reso switched to a different night the following week. So I reluctantly booked a room for the night prior as well so I could stay at same place for 2 nights in a row. After mentioning my reservation upon check in and having them acknowledge it, they REFUSED to honor the reservation after all. But I was not notified until I tried to go back into the room later that much. Even though I showed where the reservation was changed on Orbitz and gave info and Orbitz even called, THEY STILL PUT ME OUT ON THE STREET WITH NO KIND OF REMORSE OR SHAME. I did not mention that I was staying there due to an unsafe housing situation or details, but I did say I had no where else to go. I had already slept in my car once that week, so thank god for Orbitz. They finally agreed to put me in another hotel. It was even crummier than this hotel, but at least they accommodated and weren’t jerks upon check in. Never stay here.

You could not take a bath in our room & could not get the shower to work! The phone was not working. No staff after 11 pm til 7 am? I have never stayed at a hotel, motel where there were no staff at night! What if I needed an extra towel? Or there was a fire? Take them off your site!!

The older white man working at the desk when we checked in was on the rude side. He ignored us for about 4 min, looked annnoyed when I said we needed to check in, and then pawned us off on someone else. The room wasn’t dirty, but it didn’t feel super clean either. The hallways smelled horrible. The place was very outdated. The breakfast was coffee and tea, granola bars and packets of microwave oatmeal. This was fine for one night since we were literally only sleeping there. The price was right considering the price of other hotels, but still not worth what we paid considering the condition of the hotel.

Front desk person was prejudice. He was argumentative and very hostile when I asked questions.

The guy at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. Unfortunately, the computer was down in my “checking in” took a very long time. I had left something in the lobby and he delivered it to my room. The place is old, but it’s clean and the bed was very comfortable. You can’t do anything about it, but the stairs in the entry or something I could do without. I was alone and had a lot of luggage. He directed me to the back door where I didn’t have to use stairs. As I write this, I have decided to stay another night. I slept well and was very comfortable.

It appears that the hotel is undergoing an upgrade so hopefully it will provide a more pleasant stay once complete.

Stayed here for one night as a solo traveler. I would definitely stay here again! Check in/out process was easy inconvenient. The property is located in a quiet, safe and secure area. Staff were courteous and professional. The room was clean and everything was in working order. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. Overall, great property!

Place is in an isolated area, no walkable dining options. Their "breakfast" is granola bars, if youre lucky enough to get down there before they run out. Coffee ran out multiple times during our stay. Our tub faucet had a constant drip and the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work. Room 113. Quiet place in a safe neighborhood though.

This hotel seemed like it was doing renovations. The floors in the hall were dirty and there were piles of painting and repair supplies in front of several doors down the hall. However, my room was clean and seemed freshly painted. Sheets and towels were clean. Small kitchenette was very nice. However, you need to bring pots & dishes to use it. Bring your own coffee pot if you like coffee (or microwave some instant). If you want ice in the morning, fill your ice tray. I could hear walking upstairs, but otherwise, I really liked the room at this price. Staff was very nice. The area seemed really safe and lots of eating & shopping nearby. 15 min drive up I65 to nashville. I definitely recommend if you want a clean room at cheap price.

Property is in a very upscale area, so it’s safe and clean. But the building is pretty old and needs updating. It’s only 2- maybe 3 floors but no elevator. It’s a studio with kitchenette but had no dishes or silverware. The bed was very comfortable and shower was updated and nice. I asked for a late checkout but could only get an extension of 30 minutes. I decided to extend my stay and was told to book online, which I did. I took a long nap and was awakened about 2 hours later with management and housekeeping pounding on my door. They insisted that I show them my reso immediately or they would call the police. It was a very aggressive way to wake up. As I used the bathroom with 2 employees standing guard with my door unlatched, I looked for the reservation. I felt so pressured and attacked and unable to even use the bathroom peacefully, so I pleaded with them to be patient as I went through booking process. I assumed I didnt hit complete on site. My email didn’t have a reso so I quckly booked and told them through the door that I had completed it. They left to check their system when I realized It was under a different name to an email address I don’t typically use. Had I been given time to look, I could have explained and not purchased another night I didn’t need and couldn’t really afford. Since I had two reservations for the same night, they at least approved one transferred to a different date, although I had to call third party instead of simply putting a note in their

They staff were not nice. They won't let me check in a little early to change my clothes to attend a wedding that i came for. The didn't have a public bathroom either.. cpmplimentary breakfast was terrible and room looks like motel 6. Bad pls to be.

I woke up this morning with an itchy back. I never have an itchy back! I went and looked in the mirror and I have 3 fresh red bites on my back. Obviously bedbugs. I told them when I left that room 210 has bedbugs. Also, a big part in my decision to pick that hotel is that they advertise a free breakfast. Expedia offered me the room with free breakfast or a refundable room with no breakfast. I chose the room with meal. I had to change the date from 6/19 to 6/18 and was charged $12. for the change and still no breakfast. I was going to let it go and not reported it, but the bites convinced me to inform Expedia.
