Baymont by Wyndham Delaware

I feel this is a good place off 23 to sleep. Bed was ok, ac was good but loud. Room was small but clean. Breakfast was adequate but nothing to write home about. It served its purpose but didnt have a lot of creature comforts such as something to maybe get forgotten items like toothbrushes, deoderant or snacks. Not real close to places open later. If you want upscale, this isnt the place. If you need someplace to rest your head than this will be perfect.

Room was not cleaned until the day before we needed to leave, and when it was clean we had a hard time finding things that the cleaners had moved. Shower leaked, toilet clogged easily, some outlets did not function. Breakfast consisted of chewy sausage and watered down scrambled eggs. Staff was very friendly and helpful tho.

Hotel wasn't bad, beds were clean, room was clean, all the tiles in our bathroom were cracked and broke doesn't effect the stay just not appealing, the door to our room wouldn't shut all the way we had to constantly push then pull on it to make sure it locked going out or staying in. Breakfeast was actually really decent for a free breakfast. Staff seemed friendly at check in but check out became the issue. We decided to check out the night before we were supposed to check out only because we wanted to sleep in our own beds, instead of rushing around the day of check-out, so we packed up I photographed the room upon leaving like I always do went to the counter said we were leaving early the lady took my key cards said I was good to go, great we left. This morning I wake up only to find they charged me for a 3rd night mind you I prepaid for our stay upon arrival, hey everyone makes mistakes but my issue is upon calling them to get things cleared up, couldn't get a straight answer they never took responsibility for the issue, no apology, no willingness to make it right. The lady I spoke to said she was going to call her boss and then reach back out to me, that was 5 hours ago, she said they refunded it, but what I also don't understand is if I prepaid for 2 nights 3 days and checked out early why they charged me for another night before my original time was even expired just seems very off to me, will update if it is corrected by them, or if I have to call my bank.
