No cups available in the room to get a drink of water. No coffee available in room. No vending service. Basically this is a pack in everything you might want. There is nothing available in the hotel. Not even a plastic cup. It seems the owners are living in the hotel. A lot of noise coming from upstairs. Exterior doors do not lock, they are open 24 hrs.

Hair from previous people in the bed. Sheets never changed. Filthy covers. Blood and mold on bathroom wall. People sleeping in vehicles in back parking lot. Security doors broken and not functional.

The property is clean, but there are no phones or alarm clocks in the rooms. Also it is advertised as complimentary breakfast and there is none.

Parking was fine. Front staff could be a little friendlier. Clean lobby, hall and room.

Newly remodeled location. Very basic but priced right. Easy check in, plenty of parking. Clean. Just be aware that you're getting a room and that's about it. Nice addition to the Kokomo area to add more competitive rooms to the area.

Staff was friendly, but honestly didn’t feel comfortable staying. Staining on and around bed. Strange residue in refrigerator. If I wasn’t too tired to drive at the end of my night, I would have driven the 3 hours back home.

Room was mostly clean. There was some staining on the bedsheets and bathroom floor was dirty around the toilet. The furniture was also slightly sticky and the room had a heavy bleach smell. Otherwise, the facilities were satisfactory for the price.

For the price it was good. I would take slippers or sandles to walk around in your room. Floors sticky, corners or bathroom floor were dirty, and shower floor was stained and shower current had stain on it. This does sound pretty bad but for the price I was fine with it. No bed bugs and smelled good plus the beds were comfortable.

Never again! The only thing this place had going for it was the cheap price. I have no clue where so many 5-star ratings come from. The room was not clean. The floors hadn’t been swept, there were dirty footprints and other stains in the shower. The bedding was stained. The inside of the mini fridge was disgusting. The walls are thin, and you can hear everything. The people in the room next to us were talking loudly until after midnight. Then I was woken up at 5:45 AM by them having s*x so rough and loud that I initially thought he was beating her, and I thought I may need to call the cops. Even after they finally quit, I was wondering if I should call someone. While they were still going at it, I decided to just shower and get out of there as quickly as possible.

The room had lots of hair on the sticky floors. The shower was unclean--hair again. Some of the towels had brown stains. As a plus the mattress was comfortable.

The rooms are very minimal. No artwork, bad towels, dirty floors (sticky). Hardly any TV channels and TV not in good working order even when told to front desk and they said it would be fixed. Bed covers stained. Only an office chair to sit on besides the beds. No coffee pot in room, one in lobby for all to serve themselves.

The room was fairly clean, but it lacked cable television. The lobby area could have been a lot cleaner than it was, as far as the doors and hallway areas.

We stayed here for a wedding, and while we did show up right at check in, our room was not ready so we had to switch to two queens rather than a king bed. The hallways were lined with dirty towels and when we opened the door to our room, we realized the latch sat in a giant hole in the door frame, which allowed the door to give back and forth at least an inch, which did not feel very safe at all. The TV options were sub par and with no tv guide, we had to flip through all 30 channels. The floor in the room was tiled, not carpeted, which made the room feel more like a hospital than a hotel. The shower also could not get enough pressure or heat to be worth showering in, alongside no washcloths being provided to us. All in all, not happy with the stay and wouldn’t stay again

You get what you pay for, which for us was fine. Not super clean in the room (hair on the floors). The hardest thing was the walls were paper thin. We could hear everything in the adjoined room — normal talking voices and TV.

The room was nice and large, but I did find some hair on the sheets and pillow. Which is why I travel with my own sleeping bag or blankets. There is no elevator on site and there are no rooms available on the first floor. The walls are paper thin, and the mattress is like sleeping on plywood. If you are looking at reasonable priced hotel for travel for business. Its great location close to restaurants and shopping.

Very basic on the channels on tv but when i went to take a shower it had no water pressure. Was not happy about that and the door to get into the room was very had to get in and it took forever to getthe key card to unlock the door

Found two bugs and horse flies in room. I killed them. Floor was extremely slippery covered in some type of cleaning product. Ironing board was rusty and dirty. Analog tv . Can hear everything in the hallway.

This hotel was freshly updated and priced nicely, but our stay was not at all satisfactory. The beds were not comfortable and the bathroom had not been properly cleaned. The worst things were that the shower only had pressure when it was set to scalding hot and there was a high pitched noise in our room in the morning. We thought someone was vacuuming in the hallway in front of our door, but after looking around and seeing not cleaning being done we believe it was the hot water pipes squeeling in between the floors. It went on for well over an hour. We would not stay here again even though I appreciated saving some money.

Friendly Customer Service, good price.

Dirty and poor staff. The front seat tried to deny us bringing in our service dog. Had to switch rooms three times upon arrival due to the rooms having ants, trash, clumps of hair and trash throughout them. One of the rooms reeked of cigarette smoke. The floors were sticky. Obviously none of the rooms had been cleaned in a while. During my whole stay there was never a manager there I could speak to. When the front desk called the manager on the phone for me I was informed there was nothing he could do for me besides a 10% discount. Absolutely ridiculous. Management obviously doesn’t care about their hotel or the people staying there.

Staff was very nice and helpful. The lady helped with local recommendations. She was very polite with us.

The staff is awesome

It is a very Underrated Hotel. As one who travels and stays in many different hotels every week. Bliss Point by far is one of my favorite to stay at when in this part of Indiana. Staff is super nice and friendly. The best part there is no surprises once you get to the hotel with any extra fees. I can’t say enough about Bliss Point. I have stayed here twice now and that is saying a lot because I am a very picky person when it comes to hotels.

The rooms were very clean. Not a lot of amenities but we didn’t really need any. Location was good , plenty of eating options nearby.

I usually come to town to work and this place was just open and I thought well I’m going to try it and I was very surprised. Cheapest price in town!!! Very clean. Large rooms. Walking distance to restaurants. Easy access. Really felt like home. I will definitely come back.

The rooms are large and very clean. The cost is less than half of what anyone would expect. They do not accept pets. There is no breakfast, but there is a MacDonalds across the street. The rooms have a microwave and a refrigerator which is great!

Threadbare towels, no cups in room, no coffee pot in room, weak shower, uncomfortable bean and pillows, toilet that would not drain, few tv channels, nothing for breakfast,and no ice in ice machine.

For the price point, I think the property was good. Given the price, all I really wanted was the place to be clean, and my room was clean. The heating and air unit heated and cooled as it was supposed to. I didn’t have to have much contact with the staff, but when I did they were friendly. Also, the bathroom was clean, and the shower worked well, and was roomy and nice to use. The beds are unforgivingly firm, so for old bones it isn’t grand, but again, for the price I’m not complaining much over that. The ice machine worked. I thought I saw a continental breakfast listed on this site. I didn’t see anything out any morning during my stay, and there was no coffee out. Which again, for the price point, I’m not griping too much. I am not booking a value room and then coming for amenities. I am coming for a clean and safe room to sleep in while I am visiting in town, and they provided me that for a fair price. If you are looking for a place to stay that won’t eat up your entire travel budget, I’d say this is a place to consider. It’s no resort, but it’s clean and safe, and convenient to town. I don’t travel for hotel amenities anyway, so I feel like I got very fair value, and I would say my experience was positive.
