Tolles Strandhaus!

Pros: Excellent beachfront location with easy access to the water. The owner was responsive and replied quickly when issues were reported.Cons:
The biggest issue was the air conditioning. During the day, the condo stayed around 79F, making it uncomfortable, especially in the summer heat. The owner sent an HVAC technician, but he told us he had already been to the property three times in the previous few weeks and this was considered normal. Because of this, I would not recommend the property for families with young children, elderly guests, or anyone who needs a comfortably cooled environment.We also lost water service for approximately 7hrs during our stay. While the owner responded immediately and communicated with us, it was still a significant inconvenience.The cleanliness was disappointing. We found a microwavable meal left in the microwave that had attracted fruit flies, part of a sandwich behind a door, garbage left in the trash can from a previous guest, a dirty bathtub, and what appeared to be blood on one of the bed sheets. These are basic housekeeping issues that should have been addressed before our arrival.The listing photos need to be updated. They present the property in better condition than what we experienced.The lack of adequate air conditioning, cleanliness issues, outdated listing photos, and loss of water made this stay fall well below our expectations.

The property was great and right on the beach. The house was well stocked. The property manager was excellent. He responded promptly and took care of all questions. Would definitely stay again.

This is a wonderful beach house with everything you need away from the crowds. The view is spectacular and the house is easy to get to and from. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this rental. Thanks for a great spring break!!
