Great stay except the elevator stop working

The first night I stayed here it was bearable. Though, I had horrible night's sleep from all the doors banging and people trudging through the corridor all hours of the night. I stayed here because it was pet friendly. Be warned there's poop everywhere outside. I extended my stay 1 more night. A mistake. Saturday night frights I suppose. Car alarms going off after 10pm. The worst was the fire alarm going off at around 11pm. In a haze of sleepiness, I got my dogs leashed and myself out the room door within minutes. My heart was pounding to ensure the safety of my dogs&me Yet, once I was in the hall,the alarm stopped. No one else was out. And, no staff to be seen to check the rooms. I can't speak properly due to oral cancer surgery. I asked the front desk what is happening. All the first guy said " everything is fine". That's all he could say. Some back and forth for explanation and I got no solid answer. No fire truck came at any time while I sought an explanation. My blood pressure was high. And, sleep left me. The second old guy behind the window gave a reason.He said someone was cooking in their room, opened the door, which set the alarm off. The customer should have opened the window while cooking. Of all the stupid things to say that would be it.1. Ventiation system needs to be suited to what is being offered 2.Where was the FD to check and make sure, 3. How is there no night manager on duty? This incident has clinched my never coming back in addition to the lousy sleep.

The location was dirty. The hallways were disgusting and smelled. There was dog poop everywhere outside. The side entrance door was broken so anyone could walk in the building. The rook counter was stained and dirty. The bathtub corners were yellow. The tv only had a few channels and was small. I was so embarrassed to bring my wife to such a location. The room didnt look anything like the photos online. I will never use expedia again.

The room was definitely worn, but that wasn’t the issue. The issue was the clear amount of blood on the wall in the bathroom by the sink. With that said the staff were friendly, helpful and kind. I was able to get a parking space by the door every time I left and came back. They had the coffee bar set up every morning and it was good and hot! The bedding looked thin, but it was surprisingly warm and comfortable, as were the big ole fluffy pillows.

I didn’t like that the fire alarm went off and no one knew what was going on and they had us standing outside. People had to walk back in to see what was happening and the staff did nothing. I had to change my room at 8pm because the toilet did flush and the rooms were not that well cleaned I found some hair in the shower

People also reside here long term and they were lovely and friendly- felt like community to this 63 yr female. Is in an industrial area but quiet enough. Hall carpet was dirty but room was clean, if barren, with all hard surfaces. I chose this place for the kitchenette but you have to ask for any cooking supplies, so planning ahead of desk trip is needed. It fit my needs and I would stay there again.

2 night stay due to renovation at home. The good : Room was clean and the hotel in general was quiet. They accept pets so no worries there The bad: The breakfast bar is subpar. Basically, it's coffee and Danish. The room is kinda set up weirdly. The TV is really low on a nightstand. You can barely see it when sitting in bed. They have a mirror behind the tv..?? key reader to the outside is worn or broken..you'll be an engineer to make it work.

I parked my car in their lot when I came out some body hit my car took the whole front bumper and left side of front tyre. When I went inside to ask for a camera footage the front desk told me we don’t have camera in the lot and it’s all on you.

I did not like that the room had a kitchenette and did not have utensils to cook or eat with. I had to go to the front desk and ask for them.

There were roaches in room. Kids were running up/down hallway at midnight. Not ideal for sleeping

My room was dirty, badly in need of vacuuming, and smelled strongly of marijuana for my entire three-day stay.

I have to be honest the front desk people both Syed and the other gentleman ( African American) both were very nice and courteous… however the property condition is not good… area around outside the hotel , parking lot , etc kinda shady and you won’t feel safe walking around… but most importantly there were bugs in the room.. I saw cockroach in the bathroom so decided not to shower , even while I was laying down I saw bug on the pillow.. I had to leave next day since it was already late and I was tired. I can’t believe that I had to lay $657 for two nights.. Syed was very kind and he requested for one night refund for me so I hope I only paid for a night .. I have to check with my bank :) but ya .. I don’t recommend this place for anyone .. Infact I also felt that some people live there permanently like renting it full time like apartments. People kept coming in and out all night from the back door next to the room that I was given. But again.. the staff were really nice!!!

The room was filthy, the shower did not work, and it had long black hairs all in the tub. The smell of mold was overwhelming in the hall way. This was by far the worst motel i have ever stayed in.

We left the hotel after 20 minutes after checking in it was filthy the room smelled of smoke and I asked for a non-smoking room it was disgusting I am so sick to my stomach to have entered a hotel that look like that I will be calling you for a full refund

My stay at this hotel was terrible. I requested a non-smoking room, but the one I received smelled strongly of cigarettes and marijuana. To make matters worse, the room had bed bugs. When I asked to be moved to another room, the staff treated me as if they were doing me a favor rather than addressing a serious problem. The second room I was assigned was filthy and clearly not cleaned properly. I have multiple videos and pictures to prove it. This experience was so bad that I had to throw away both my son’s and my clothes. I do not recommend this hotel at all—it was a horrible experience.

When check in lobby smell awful. There was no supply like soap or shampoo. We had ask them at the front desk and they gave us 2 small hand soap thats what all they had. We ask for extra pillows and they told us they didnt have any. We had a kitchen and we need it to go to the lobby to ask for kitchenware.The bed was. Comfortable and the room was clean

The building is an older building, which is fine, but it is not properly maintained. The curtain rod in our room was literally falling off the wall. The heating/cooling unit did not work properly - we had it set for heat and it just stopped working over night. We woke up in the middle of the night freezing (see comment below about insufficient bedding). The towel holder in the bathroom was badly damaged. A child got sick in the hallway right outside our door so I called the front desk. This was addressed by vacuuming it up - leaving a stain and odor. The mattresses are in such poor condition that there is no support. The bedding provided was a very thin coverlet. We were here in the winter during a snow storm and were unable to get a blanket- we asked at two different times. There is no housekeeping services - once every two weeks. You only get 2 rolls of toilet paper - we had 2 adults and stayed for 3 nights. You have to ask for glasses. You have to pay to have cooking items and utensils for the kitchen. The price per night is daylight robbery for such poor facilities and lack of amenities.

Dirty and noisy. Heard ppl arguing and dogs barking until about 2 am. Place was filthy too.

The bathroom really needs a renovation. Hair dye stains on sinks counters, bathtub peeling, no utensils for the small kitchen area they had.

Reserved for a queen bed but was assigned for a full size bed. Asked the front desk, they said that's the standard size. We travelled a lot but was never treated with unwelcoming manners.

It met my needs for location and price. The shower head could be better. It sent a very narrow stream down and only adjusted to a dribble. Beds were comfortable.

Basic long term stay facility. Not very clean. The elevator smelled like pickles. There are many that use the premises as their primary residence. Although the reps at the front desk were friendly, do not expect any service besides the complementary coffee in the morning. Plates, glasses, utensils, etc should be available upon request. Unfortunately, after a couple of attempts, I was unable to have requested items provided. If you have a pet, there is a daily charge. Some properties charge a flat fee. The property needs upgrading.

I stayed here while getting some work done to my home. The staff was amazing. Very attentive to my families needs. I really appreciate them!

Got there after dark - signage lighting poor - had to keep driving back and forth.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. Room and parking lot weren’t clean. There were also people hanging out on the parking lot early morning. Didn’t feel like a good environment

It was affordable and walkable from the restaurant we wanted to dine at.

Expedia shouldn’t offer this hotel on their website. It has an odor and we felt completely unsafe. The front desk agent didn’t seem surprised at all when we went back down to the lobby and said we didn’t want to stay.

Accessible to key places

I just did not feel that the interior and exterior of the hotel was well-maintained and that the cost was well in excess of the value provided.

Second time at an extended stay in 2 weeks- gave another location a try. Was a whole lot of disappointment regarding the nightly price -~$600/night and the overall cleanliness and amenities at this hotel. It’s clearly being used as an apartment for people that don’t have other living options- similar to the location we stayed in another state. If you’re using this hotel chain as halfway houses, either let people know before booking or just pick one clientele. Had to switch rooms due to the stench of smoke even though it’s a non smoking hotel. Hallways smell. Old beds, old appliances. Was broken glass in our room. No shampoo without asking at the front desk. No pool or gym or breakfast But paying NYC hotel prices. For $650/night to not even have a full continental breakfast is a bit sad. To get a small bar shampoo for $650/night is also sad.

The people were so ride and nasty!! They didn’t have any shampoo, conditioner, or a decent breakfast. I wasn’t happy with the condition of the room & bathroom…. They really need to spend some money on a new renovation!!!!!
