Everything was just brilliant, the staff was very friendly and the food was grate, maybe could do with bigger peace of stake for next time , but other than that it was amazing.

Staff helpful and attentive Hotel noisey overnight with guests and staff cleaning perhaps found proof rooms and install new double glazed windows would help. Due to staff sickness breakfast took a little while but staff apologetic for this

The staff were friendly, cheerful, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The room was small but comfortable and beautifully decorated. Overall, we had a lovely experience and would happily stay here again!

Very mixed bag. Excellent, generous breakfast in the bar area was included in the room rate but bedroom (Oban) was very small and its en-suite especially tiny. View from bedroom was poor and a bit scruffy. Old redundant cables on exterior walls, cleaner's spray bottle visible on widow sill shelf opposite. Bedroom TV poorly positioned. Stairway to room should have better handrail for safety. Our booking was during the Lammermuir Festival so we probably got the last room available. Location convenient for making the most of North Berwick - Scottish Seabird Centre, harbour, beaches, views of Bass Rock, Rocketeer Restaurant etc. No car parking on site but limited free parking nearby and plentiful Local Authority parking paid for by using the Ringo App.

A great hotel with lovely staff. Everyone was so smiley. Great food. There is a car park 1 min walk away or you can park on the street after 1600 for free. Beautiful beach and sea 2 mins walk away. Not the hotels fault but there are 2 churches who ring their bells every hour, on the hour throughout the night. 2am, 3am, 4am. Saves having an alarm clock.
