To be honest, my stay was more of a 4.5 stars. I was in town for the Brandy & Monica concert, and I loved the convenience of walking to the arena from this hotel. I was by myself, but never felt unsafe. The room was very comfortable and it was easy to make myself at home. I loved that there was a kitchen with actual appliances. The bed was very easy to control but it is a little tall and I found myself having to climb in and out of it. What I would appreciate is more detailed information about getting into the building and parking procedures. I think pictures should be provided when check-in instructions are sent so that guests know exactly which entrance to use and where to enter the code. I didn't know where to find the parking pass in the room and the instructions for the parking lot were on a piece of paper in the room. Receiving all of these instructions 2 hours before check-in would be ideal - not 1 hour. Also, I had no idea where to drop off the parking pass because the instructions were confusing. There is a door into the lobby from the parking garage for residents and that is where the drop off is. This box is hardly visible from the street. Overall though, I would definitely stay again.

The room itself was very nice. getting into the building and room was pretty straight forward, but it would have been nice to be sent the check in information a little but earlier. My main issue with the stay was the parking. I booked my room though Expedia. On the app this location was advertised as having free parking, and throughout the check out process i was not given an option to book a parking spot as well. So, when I received the email at the time of check in I was surprised that I needed to pay for a parking spot. Because I had not known about pre-paying for parking (along with payment processing issues) I ended up being late for my dinner reservations. After getting everything settled the room was very nice. The lighting options were nice and interior design was beautiful. I would consider booking a room here again. Also, our Ori bed was not working.

Room was big and clean with a kitchen, laundry in unit and smart TV with streaming. Gym is nice as well. However, this is not a regular hotel with a lobby reception and staff onsite 24/7. To get problems corrected you need to call a number and if it's after a certain time, you will have to wait until the next day.

Room was good but noisy re highway right outside 4 th floor. Also after check in saw all th very high charges they say they could charge for pots missing and the little plastic parking sign going missing hundreds of dollars for a cheap item. Won’t be back etc which

Overall, this is not a traditional “hotel” style stay. The check-in process is completely digital, involving codes and access numbers. This caused an issue when we were checking in and our unit was not ready as it was still being cleaned, even though we arrived well after our assigned check in. Fortunately, the on site staff responded quickly, however they were not pleased. The room was immaculate and had a full kitchen complete with all the necessities. The bed was very comfortable. There is no onsite parking however there are quite a few parking garages and lots a short walking distance. Although, we enjoyed our stay once we were checked in, it just wasn’t what we were expecting.

After a slightly turbulent check-in process, which was fixed quickly and nicely by the Mint Customer Service folks, I arrived to find a brand new, sparkling clean, Studio apartment in a great location in downtown Tampa. Super comfortable, excellent amenities including a nicer kitchen than my own home, complete with washer and dryer and a balcony overlooking downtown. All of this at roughly 30% less per night than any of the local hotels I normally stay in. Highly recommended if you're staying for more than one night. It makes it so much more enjoyable!

Great rooms, new, clean, everything worked. It was much better than I was expecting. The full fridge and freezer was a nice touch. The bed was also very comfortable. Almost blackout curtains. Left impressed.

Our room was great! Easy check in! But the canopy ocer the bed had jnset lights. We suggest directions to turn on and off the ligjts to the bed be left in the room. We couldnt find a switch so we had to sleep with lights on 😂

To be honest, my stay was more of a 4.5 stars. I was in town for the Brandy & Monica concert, and I loved the convenience of walking to the arena from this hotel. I was by myself, but never felt unsafe. The room was very comfortable and it was easy to make myself at home. I loved that there was a kitchen with actual appliances. The bed was very easy to control but it is a little tall and I found myself having to climb in and out of it. What I would appreciate is more detailed information about getting into the building and parking procedures. I think pictures should be provided when check-in instructions are sent so that guests know exactly which entrance to use and where to enter the code. I didn't know where to find the parking pass in the room and the instructions for the parking lot were on a piece of paper in the room. Receiving all of these instructions 2 hours before check-in would be ideal - not 1 hour. Also, I had no idea where to drop off the parking pass because the instructions were confusing. There is a door into the lobby from the parking garage for residents and that is where the drop off is. This box is hardly visible from the street. Overall though, I would definitely stay again.

From the beginning customer care was great to us. The hotel was beautiful and the room was so cool and had everything we needed. Walking distance to some food and gay bars which was great. Worth the stay for sure.

After a slightly turbulent check-in process, which was fixed quickly and nicely by the Mint Customer Service folks, I arrived to find a brand new, sparkling clean, Studio apartment in a great location in downtown Tampa. Super comfortable, excellent amenities including a nicer kitchen than my own home, complete with washer and dryer and a balcony overlooking downtown. All of this at roughly 30% less per night than any of the local hotels I normally stay in. Highly recommended if you're staying for more than one night. It makes it so much more enjoyable!

Extremely clean and automated. The room is well stocked with amenities including dishes, laundry pods, and towels. Additional amenities are located in a cabinet on each floor. There's no "in person" front desk, but the automated/virtually staffed front desk was helpful. Located in walking distance from most core downtown amenities. Very convenient and enjoyed!

Spotless, comfortable, apartment style with full kitchen. Great location to walk to Benchmark Arena and restaurants and Harbor. Parking was expensive or a walk. No hotel staff. Virtual check in and out and all digital communication. Keypads and codes.

We loved our stay at Mint House Tampa! Our cozy little suite was wonderfully clean, with a small but full kitchen, balconies, and windows overlooking the city. The location was the perfect balance: quiet and tucked along the edge of downtown, yet five minutes or less by car to Channelside and downtown Tampa. We felt close to everything while still having a peaceful place to unwind. The amenities were another highlight, especially the nice gym and third-floor pool, which was about three-quarters covered. A clean, comfortable stay with city views and easy access to everything. We would happily stay again!

We had a great stay at The Mint House in Tampa! The location was excellent, the room was beautiful and comfortable, and the bed was amazing. One thing we especially loved was the AC! The room got incredibly cold, which is exactly how we like it. The only disappointing part of our stay was how the staff handled an issue with our dog. We stepped out briefly and received a text that he was making noise. We immediately responded and headed back, arriving within about 10 minutes. Despite letting the staff know we were on our way, we continued receiving multiple messages, including threats of a $500 fine and being kicked out of the hotel. I completely understand that noise complaints need to be addressed, and we took the situation seriously. However, the repeated messages and threats felt unnecessary, especially since we responded immediately and were actively handling the situation. I think the staff could have approached it with a little more understanding and professionalism. Aside from that experience, everything about the property was fantastic. We'd absolutely consider staying again and hope the communication around situations like this can be improved.

Very loud right next to the expressway absolutely no view just traffic and noise. Additionally, there is no parking so you have to find locations around Tampa. We spent over $70 parking with just a one night stay. The apartment itself was beautiful, clean and well-maintained.
