Sheraton Niagara Falls

The charge for breakfast I thought was included is 21.50 a person and parking is 21.50 per car as well as $200.00 incidental hold not at all worth what I paid

Hotel was clean, respectful I enjoyed it myself even though it was cold. I like the restaurant that was the first time I will be back when it’s warm thank you.

Great hotel directly across from the convention center and the casino. The hotel is undergoing gradual updating, so almost everything looks brand new. One negative was that only one of the two hot tubs was operational, but that being said, what other hotel has two?!!?? Also, the cleaning staff is almost too good, as our hotel fridge was cleaned out, including our unopened soda. Minor inconvenience, but still was a bit disappointing. Regardless, the hotel is fantastic and we would definitely stay again.

Pool was great but property needs to be renovated.
