Bar restaurant had no restaurant, air filters in room haven’t been cleaned in months at least, hair all over bed when we arrived, building leaking and falling apart when it rained, tub drain backed up. Definitely wasn’t worth what was paid, even on the lower end. Only good things were the location,the staff at the bar was good and we didn’t see any bugs.

The whole place smelled like mildew and mold. The hallway was filled with the smell of marijuana and the staff was super rood. I called the front desk to ask about the mildew and pot smells and the staff person hung up on me. Don't stay on the ground floor if you have to. Avoid if you can.

So I felt like for one night how bad could it be. It was poor but not terrible. The place is dirty, I mean let's run the vacuum once a week maybe? I will say the bathroom was adequately clean and the sheets were nice and soft and clean so that was all ok. We were going to be a few minutes late to check out and my mom called the front desk to just let them know and the guy said he was going to charge us $25 and then hung up and wouldn't answer when she tried to call back. When I went by on the way out to let them know there was no smoke detector in the room (had been taken off the wall before we arrived) there were 2 people just sitting at the desk doing nothing. One of them at least could have been running a vacuum anywhere because the carpet throughout is filthy. There was music playing all night, like until 8am. I don't even know where. I didn't complain because it didn't bother me really but it was noticeable. All in all, I wish it was better because we stay in this area frequently and I would have liked to use this facility more but my kids were totally freaked out- my daughter slept in her clothes and I had to work to convince her we were safe despite the missing smoke detector. My son kept asking if we were going to get bed bugs. There were NO bed bugs- the bed was fine, it was just that dirty on the floors that it felt like there could be bugs. A deep clean would do the place good.
