Todo staf é muito dedicado e super atenciosos.

The staff is very attentive but the hotel is a bit outdated. There is a security check every time you enter the building.

Good gym and great breakfast options.

Worst room in the resort and it was half empty!!!We looked 3 days at a dome full of pigeons poop!Definetly not recomand this Shangri La!!!!

We had such a comfortable stay at this hotel. While not brand new, the pool was excellent service was five stars and the buffet in the morning is incredible. It’s a great central location walkable to many things. We had a wonderful stay here and thank everyone so much.
