great location, good breakfast choice, all staff are friendly and helpful, smooth check-in and check-out service with Blessing, and daily cleaning staff even made some animals with towel as decoration. Gym open 24 hours. Theres happy hour for drinks, buy 2 get 1 free, but only applicable to signature cocktail/ beer/ house wine. It would be great if it covers other cocktail eg those traditional one/ gin tonic. I go with the two bedroom suite type and it was HUGE. The only down side is theres no microwave in the room, and the lighting was a bit dark. Overall an enjoyable stay and I would definite pick this hotel again.

The shovel is modern. Great location, walkable wishing the Nimman area. Lots of food and shopping choices. Convenient due to airport shuttle that’s available.

Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast buffet. Close to shopping centers.

This hotel is superb.The breakfast is delicious, room is clean, location super convenient. Must stay again if we visit Chiang Mai next time
