The property is beautiful, spacious, and set in a wonderful location. The pool, amenities, and overall food quality were excellent and made our stay enjoyable. However, there were a few disappointing aspects. The staff was not very welcoming at check-in and seemed rushed, although most of the team was courteous and helpful throughout the rest of our stay. The biggest concern was the plumbing. Multiple showers, including the spa shower, flooded during use, and the toilet flushes did not work properly. For a property that’s only about 1.5 years old, these maintenance issues were unexpected and should be addressed. I would also like to mention that Ms. Khushboo from Guest Services could improve her approach to guest interactions. She appeared to assume that our request for nearby rooms was an attempt to obtain a complimentary upgrade. In reality, we simply wanted our family members to be accommodated closer together for convenience. Listening to guests before making assumptions would go a long way in improving the experience. Unfortunately, the property’s USP of personalized customer service did not match our experience. While many staff members were helpful, the overall guest service lacked warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism in key interactions. Overall, it’s a lovely property with great potential, but improvements in maintenance and more consistent, guest-focused service would make a significant difference
