Great location, right in the middle of everything! We had two rooms across from each other. Room size was good. We do not like the sink being outside the bathroom (toilet and shower). There's no counter space, so we had to store our things on the toilet top while showering and on the bedroom counter while using the sink. Room 1: Our carpet needed vacuuming (dog hair and pieces of paper) and we asked three times -- twice by phone and once in person when the household manager was actually at the front desk when we asked. When we checked out three days later, the carpet still had not been vacuumed. Also, the drywall on the corner wall was separating from the rubber corner guard. Room 2: Smelled like mildew/wetness the entire time. There was no availability for us to move.

The staff are really great and patient, so calm, respectful and helpful, everyone was really kind, specially the assistant manager, she is so nice and kind and caring, thank you so much for everything, the room was really clean, the breakfast was very good and delicious, the area was cleaned and neat all the time, variety of food and drinks, I wish if it was really by the ocean, I would love to spend my whole vacation there, because it was far from the beach I had to check out earlier. My kids to stay on the beach. Thank you again for everything.

Check in was very pleasant, staff was very nice, withe one exception, woman that I think might have been the maintenance person, was very unsociable, breakfast was very good, bed was a bit uncomfortable, toilet paper holder was hanging off the wall, remote for tv probably needed batteries, hallway was dirty when you get off elevators, room had a bit of a musty smell and looked like a little mold on ceiling.
