The location was super close to the Stockyards and the front desk receptionist was super helpful. Other than that, the place needs attention and care. The lobby furniture was clean, but shabby & worn, giving a poor first impression. The beds in the rooms were clean and comfortable but the room had a musty smell and the bathroom smelled of old urine. The receptionist had housekeeping come and clean our room while we were out and it was better after that. She offered to let us changevrooms, but the one she showed me smelled musty as well. The Continental breakfast was sparse with no fresh fruit and no hot choices, but the coffee and juice was really good. The bread was a bit stale but we arrived toward the end of the time frame, so maybethat doesn'tcount against them. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel, but for the price we paid, and the really good location, it served us adequately while we were in Fort Worth.

Worst customer service i had ever had. Went initially to see a friend. Lady at the counter told me no visitors allowed threaten to call the cops on me. I was wearing a dress shirt slacks and dress shoes. So I purchased my own room and then im told I cant mingle I between rooms. I cleaned my room before I left spotless. And I did not receive my security deposit back.

This hotel needs to be updated so bad. The elevator stopped working halfway through our stay and the management team didn't notify us. My husband's cooler was stolen from his truck on the last night. The manager was not available to review the cameras and wanted us to wait 3 hours before they arrived. Do not stay here unless you are looking for a cheap option.
