This is no good place to stay as cheap each time. I’ve stayed here though there’s rowdy people up by the pool just stay up all night. I think they live here full-time maybe even work at the hotel they’re very unfriendly makes you feel unsafe.

Parking lot and pool area full of trash, hall carpet is very dirty and room smelled like mold, breakfast was HORRIBLE, they dont care hiw bad it is, milk was spoiled and biscuits were still frozen and gravy cold, coffee was nasty, dont stsy here

False advertising on Expedia for kitchenettes: only had popcorn microwave and bar fridge. No sink, stovetop, oven, cupboards, plates, utensils. Hotel and room stank like weed, pillows were 3rd world grade, midnight hotel staff seemed 'distracted' and non-verbal, parking lot was full of non-customers using wifi signal; did not feel safe. Did not receive ground floor room as requested.

We had a nice day in a nice comfortable room with super comfortable beds in air-conditioning rooms. Can’t ask for much more than that except for there were some rude people blasting their music by the pool, making it impossible for other people to enjoy

Front desk person was friendly and courteous. Check-in and out were efficient. Rooms are clean, spacious, nice amenities. Breakfast choices are plentiful with selections of fresh fruit, warm entrees, cereals and bread items. Perhaps the fitness room was being updated. Disappointed it wasn’t available to use. Close to freeway.

There is an extremely strong cleaning odor which in itself was horrible smell. It’s as if they were trying to cover up odors. The doors do not fit, there is light coming thru them. And who was the architect that decided the bathroom doors worked - because they clearly do not. Breakfast was disgusting

Ou room had a view of the pool which has not been maintained in a long time. The pool was green and filled with dirt and debris from lack of maintenance. Not a great site to look at and reflects poorly on the facility/management.

The only thing good about this hotel was the closest to the track. The first two rooms we're dirty, they finally got us a semi clean room but my wife still had to wipe stuff and we had to spray lysol. Tge one comforter had pee stains on it. Property severely out of date

First room I was assigned had visible roaches all over the place, they switched to a second room that looked clean. Went to sleep and woke at 1am with bedbugs biting me and all over the bed. Left the room and slept in my truck rest of the night. Manager refused to refund the reservation.

Bed sheets were not clean. Bathroom sink was dirty. Toilet sit was broken. Too much noise. Walls are super thing. It was dusty. Ladies in the front desk super attentive. But I wouldn’t recommend for families with young children. Room beside us well I don’t think anything good was going there because of the smell and type of noises.

The staff was welcoming and friendly. At the front desk they did let us know they were short on staff. We had the reservation from Nov. 2 to Nov. 6. We arrived passed midnight on Nov. 3, very tired and had to wake up that moning at 6am. When we entered the room everything looked fine. We unpacked and when I was about to use the toilet, the toilet seat was up, with poop all over it. I had to clean it with my hand sanitazier. The toilet seat was also on poor condition, with peeling surface. This has been by far the most disgusting situation I have been in hotel experience. Since It was so late, we were tired and in rush to get to bed. I decided ti clean it myself and not wait for a short-staff hotel to fix the dirty situation. Our check in took a long time and I didn't want to go through it again, and we were already unpacked. It is unexcusable, we had a reservation that should have been with a clean bathroom at 3pm, and got such horrible situation next day at 1am. Next day I noticed hairs on my pillow that were definately not mine (I'm red hair). I went to buy clorox wipes and I'm sure we left the room (did check out on Nov 5 before 9pm) cleaner than when we arrived!

The room was ok, just didn’t seem as nice as the photos. There was a very bad smell in the hallway and room, mold in the tub, broken towel bar, no hotel security lock on the door, and no breakfast the following morning as advertised. Only bonus was friendly staff. It just did not seem worth the price we paid. If it hadn’t been so late when we checked in, we probably would have booked another hotel. Disappointed…

Well to start the place wasn’t very clean. And it definitely needs to be remolded. The carpets were nasty looking and the place looked very dark and dirty. Then the key cards add be reset everyday. And I heard others having the same problems. I ended up with 5 different key cards and still had to get them reset to get into the room. I will not be planning on staying there next year when I go back for that event.

Prior to check-in, I waited at the front desk for approx. 10 minutes before I was helped. There was no one servicing the front desk. When I received the keys to my room I could see that the property looked a little unclean. My room was spacious but my first 30-minutes in there I noticed a cockroach, a long strand of hair in my bathroom towels, shower had signs of rust and mold, stained carpet, and toilet seat was broke. Later that evening I requested a new room and the staff quickly helped me: the new room did smell of cigarettes and I noticed hair on my bed sheets and hand print stains on the bed frame. Cleaner than the first room. Would not book here again.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and that’s kind of what we were looking for on this short trip. It was obviously an old building, carpet was worn and outdated and there wasn’t really any decor in the room. Lighting was poor. Would recommend better lights around the bathroom for applying make up and doing hair.

Room was clean and comfortable. Only problem was the beds were so high, I could not get in them. The Manager was very nice and found me a stool to get into bed. Not good for short people or Seniors

For a little older property the place seem fairly well maintained. Unfortunately at 8:30pm, the room didn’t have the a/c turned on and was north of 90 degrees inside. All night the unit cycled on for about 90 seconds, compressor would shut off, the fan would continue to blow less than cool air for a couple of minutes, then stop. Less than five minutes, that cycle would repeat. The room never fully cooled or reached a comfy sleeping temp. Made for a terrible night with little sleep. And when could really take no more, at 5:20am, the mini fridge compressor kicked on and sounded like an orbital sander grinding away. When checking out, the desk person asked if we had a good night and I responded, “no” and explained why, she replied with “sorry, we will have to look into that”. That was the response I expected. Hotel got me to pay for a night and had no expectation that I would ever return, and I never will.

The carpeted room made it nice and quiet, and more comfy. Carpet in my room was clean, too, not stained and dirty. Bathroom lighting is indirect and nice, not harsh. A/C unit worked great. Bed was very comfortable. I brought my own blanket since some hotel comforters are pretty thin, but probably didn't really need it as the bed had a good comforter and plenty of pillows (for my preferences, at least). Would definitely stay here again if I need a room in this area.

Our room was sub-par at the best. The water didnt get hot, AC was not easy to use and the toilet clogged. Light came in from under the door and through the curtains. You could hear every noise from the hall way. Night time employees made you feel like you were bothering them. Cost was not worth it! Assistant manager and maintenance man were great!!

It was noisy in our room. Person next door was talking too loud and disturbing us. Could here the people above us walking. The beds were too high off the ground for a geriatric person who is only 5 feet tall. Very challenging for her to get in the bed.

Check-in was a breeze. Lady behind the counter was very polite , professional and friendly. Big plus staying at many locations. If check-in is a hassle or staff is rude the stay generally is bad from the go. Nice place to stay

The employees at this hotel are extremely helpful and courteous.......and Dee and Sunny especially ! Any thing we needed-or had questions- they took care of it ! Made the stay VERY enjoyable !! A couple dings : Toilet got stopped up and the flapper would not seat properly...TV remote batteries went dead...Check-in was EXTREMELY slow, but was explained that since I booked through Expedia, almost all my info had to be re-entered....but they are "working on it" with Expedia to get info faster....The breakfast was kinda "iffy" with just barely enough food at 8am....and the water pressure in the shower was very weak... The bed was excellent, the AC worked great, and the room staff did a great job with bed, towels, etc.... In conclusion. would stay here again even with the drawbacks, because of the courteous staff of Dee and Sunny.....We enjoyed it......!!

My stay started with a nightmare. First, I pre paid for my stay, as I always do, and was surprised when I ended up getting makred as a no show while I was there due to my flight coming in after midnight (my fault for booking a late night flight?). Next, my check in then resulted in not being able to put down my deposit due to some credit card issue on their side, so luckily I had $100 in cash to cover it. I then tried to figure out when the manager would be present so that I could resolve the issue at a later date and was unsuccessful for four days. I was told different times that they would be there 10am to 7pm then 7am to 4pm, but I was never able to meet with them. Lastly, my second night there I returned to my room with an open door. I was concerned for multiple reasons, but nothing was missing at least so I simply reported it to them. I can definitely say that I will never stay at this particular Quality inn again.

We stayed 5/16/25-5/19/25. The room was a nice size and clean. The staff was friendly and their greatest asset is Sonny. He was incredibly attentive to my mother’s needs and was sincere with his concern for her well being.

Staff was very nice as previously reviewed, however I arrived 15 minutes early and they told me no rooms were available yet. I’ve never had an issue with that at other hotels, so it seemed a little odd they made me wait.

The rooms are surprisingly nice. If you don’t want to spend a bunch of money and still have a nice clean room that doesn’t smell old and crusty then this place is good. Breakfast was decent but they didn’t have any meat. I didn’t like that but they had other things like eggs, cereal, muffins, and bagels.

The only problem was the breakfast. It was all gone by 7 and they never refilled the food or the coffee either days. So we just went elsewhere.

While the lobby looks clean and smells fine, the actual accommodations and grounds are completely unacceptable. Our room had a strong mildew odor and felt constantly damp, and on top of that, we were hit with an unexpected $100 incidental holding fee. The hotel claims to offer "free breakfast," yet staff made us highly uncomfortable by monitoring us and questioning how much food we were taking. The exterior of the property is completely neglected—trash cans are overflowing all around the building, and beer cans are scattered everywhere. On top of that, there were loiterers constantly walking around the property, making the environment feel unsafe. I would not recommend staying here. I did submit a complaint to corporate.

Hello fellow business travelers, I only had trouble with accessing the back exit door. The card reader was not reading properly on several attempts. Nevertheless, The Hotel was nice. Clean. As well as the staff was nice helpful understanding and courteous. The hotel had several amenities that were helpful during my stay. The hotel is convenient to shopping and eating establishments. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay again when needed.

My complaint is about the incidental charge. The past 2-3 times it’s been $20. This time $100. I told the front desk dude there’s not even anything to buy here for a $100. 😂 TV movie rentals on-site are a joke now days, you can find anything you want online to watch for free 😉
