I gave the 2 star rating on amenities due to the fact that for the second time in 4 visits this same weekend of the year, the pool was down. And the pool is part of my decision to book there. Second reason was that I paid for an upgraded room with a jetted tub. I got the tub, but by the time I went to fill and use the jetted tub, I found there to be no hot water running to it. There was plenty of hot water in the regular sink basin and shower. Hopefully the property management will not only fix that issue, but compensate me with the minimum of refunding or crediting me the difference in room rates.

Haven't had as bad a stay at a hotel in awhile. Had to switch rooms the first of three nights because there was no hot water in the room, and the drain in the tub was clogged. Next room had hot water and a free running drain, but had a slow running drain in the bathroom sink, and a water leak that was bubbling up from under the tile in the bathroom floor which you would walk through and get your feet wet. The pool was closed and the water in it was green and you couldn't see through it, so if they were planning on cleaning it for the winter, it looked like it had been sitting there for a very very long time without any attendance. The staff were okay, but the note about our hot water and drain in the first room was never passed up the pole to management. The final morning, there was NO one at the desk, breakfast was non existent because no one was there, and I couldn't check out properly and get the printed receipt I need for tax purposes. All in all a disappointing stay. Definitely will not be staying here again.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable and the ac unit worked well. The staff was helpful. Didn’t try the breakfast but there are many options in the area. Parking lot could be better maintained. Room phone didn’t work so I had to go down to the lobby to ask a question. Overall it was a good stay.
